Shawn is incredibly responsive, friendly, and offers fair pricing. He completed the gutter-cleaning job as promised, helped us secure a problematic downspout for no extra cost, and sent pictures after the jobw as done, as we weren't able to be home at the time. He also pointed out an issue with our gutters that may become a larger problem in the future — something outside his wheelhouse, but he provided me with a recommendation for another vendor. Would absolutely work with him again. Easy and trustworthy!

I have cedar-shingles that have blackened over the years and had extensive lichen and algae growth. Shawn from Clean Results Power Washing did such a fantastic job cleaning the outside of the house that several friends asked if we had the house re-sided.
I also had the gutters cleaned and Shawn identified some broken hardware.
