One thing that I have learned is that if you own a boat you will run into issues! We bought our boat new from Grace and love the boat! But as I said if you own a boat you will have issues from time to time. We have always brought our boat back to them for service. This last issue, come to find out was simply a dead secondary battery that controls our hydraulic steering. We dropped it off at the shop and Carl Jr. made a special trip in on a Saturday after hours to get our boat back up and running so that we would have it for the next day. Great group of guys!

I purchased a used 2007 Chapparal 210 from Grace Marine last weekend. Carl was above and beyond helpful. He responded to my emails and calls quickly before I'd ever stopped in. When I told him I was ready to come see the boat he had it ready and in the water when I showed up. Carl took the time to explain all the controls and any detail on the boat. I live abiut 4 hours away from Grace Marine and that evening I got a text from him asking if we made it home safe. Just bought a boat from this awesome dealer without seeing it in person. Great deal, the boat was amazing as advertised but there was one issue I would not have caught that they didn't either originally. They pointed it out and contacted someone in my hometown to fix it. I am one who never generally does reviews, but my family & I received outstanding customer service from Grace Marine so I felt compelled to share our great experience!
Not once did we feel like all we were was a boat sale to them. Carl Jr. made us feel welcome and was genuinely wanting us to be happy with our purchase, not just making a profit! After many bad mechanical experiences with our last boat, saying that we were frustrated and stressed out would be an understatement! Carl Jr took our boat without even looking at what was wrong with it and gave us top dollar for trade, and then some! We

We've had many Boats over the past 20 years; bought a few new one's also!
This Time we needed a "good" used pontoon.
I must say it's scary to look privately for used boats as you don't know what you'll find until 30-45 days AFTER you've actually used the boat, so I kept my search to Dealers. Found Grace Marine and Larry fully above board and VERY caring sincere. Treated us like we were buying a $100k boat! I was thinking the whole time if this is how they treat someone on a cheaper boat they are sincerely the "best" with everyone.
After driving 500+ miles to pick up the boat we met many of the
