911 restoration is a amazing company I had a water main break in my finished basement on dec 9th on dec 12th my insurance company contacted Servpro to come out to check the moisture in my walls 9 days and 9 calls no one showed up dec22 I called 911 restoration at 9 pm and they were at my house by 8am real professional and informative on what I needed to do I would recommend 911 restoration over any other company it’s stressful enough to have a loss from a flood and 911 restoration was there for me right away

I unknowingly/unexpectedly had a sump pump outage that flooded the basement. Found the “River” after hours on a weekend. 911 Restoration was responsive within 45 min to an hour in getting someone dispatched to get a new sump installed. After the water receded, the next day mitigation immediately began with drying out process, with demo and sanitation following shortly thereafter. Demo crew (Nathan) took care with demo/cleanup process hauling away all the damaged property.
