Our specialty is the recruitment and placement of unskilled and semi-skilled workers. Most of our candidates come from the manufacturing, production, construction and retail industries. We recognize that the needs of every client are diverse and we have made a concerted effort to provide you with a variety of staffing programs.
Temporary services include the following: advertising for workers, screening applicants, reference checks and dispatching to the job site. There will be a complete elimination of exposure to Unemployment Insurance Claims, as the workers placed on Complete Labor and Staffing's payroll would no longer be employed by your company.

They look out for themselves, and how much money they can make. They treat the help like cattle, and pay them the minimum. So while Ken, and his staff get their pockets fat, the laborers suffer and barely make a days pay. This Is more like a job for outsourced employees! This Is hardly fair for the American worker. So Complete Labor Is nothing more than a sweat shop, that only cares about getting wealthy. And they care nothing about their employees, or the Manchester community! My recommendation would be to Investigate them, and shut them down.

They have had work for me every day that I've come in or called. Pay isn't always sensible, same pay for fast food cashier as for 9 hour labor/construction jobs, but they tell you the pay in advance and you know what you're signing up for, so can't complain about that. It's perfect for making connections and for making some money in between jobs. The office staff always has something for me to do. I'd recommend it if you don't have a full time job and the same day pay is perfect if you need cash. Just wish it wasn't mostly junkies and drunks working.

The Lynn office is awesome if you need immediate work. The job manager Brian and office staff Janette and Tatiana jump through hoops to get you matched immediately with an employer. You may not have see the overall supervisor James (he is often recruiting employers out of office) but he is very personable and friendly also. The first day you may have to wait around a few hours, they want to make sure you are sincere and reliable. Once you demonstrate that you can show up on time and do a job they go out of their way to keep you working. The hourly wage will not be as high as you would like in a

Certain staff members picking their favorite ppl to work and not giving the new ones a chance to even prove themselves is not right! This is supposed to be a business that helps others find jobs. Not the place to rig pay checks n pick only those favored. Not the place to look at someone and automatically judge them before even getting their name. This certain employed individual was just like the rest walking in looking for a job yet now they are behind the counter they are better?? I don't think it works like that sweet heart.
