Lending agent did not keep our best interest first and neglected to mention that down payment assistance programs exists even after we communicated that we were short on cash to close estimates. Lender also didn’t tell us for three full weeks that the appraisal has to be paid for up front. Pushing our closing back 3 weeks we sat in silence waiting for the appraisal to happen then his manager calls and says something’s not signed. The lender never told us to sign what that manager was referring to. Then, The same day ,for the first time they sent over the credit card authorization form for the

My First time home buying experience was made easy working with Chris and liberty. Everything was explained thoroughly, and I was walked through all the steps. This was a horrible experience. Do not use this mortgage company. Use a local company that you can visit. Never do this type of transaction with people who don’t value you. No online. No matter how small your loan. Go local. Don’t use Liberty. They can even change your numbers after closing. If you talk to Terrance or Jason... hang up immediately and pray.

Everything about Liberty Mortgage has been a pleasure! From getting all the documents we needed to submit to finding us a great real estate agent, this company always put our best interest first. We worked with Adam as our loan officer and he made the process a breeze.

Steven Rizek was exceptional. He was always available to us when we had questions, at any time of the day. He was quick and thorough with paper-work and always called to check up on the process.
