After having visited the RV show looking for our first travel trailer and talking with one of the owners for quite awhile we decided against going with Modern Trailer… what a mistake. We drove from St. Charles, Missouri, 4.5 hours. My wife spoke with them over the phone and they had most of all the paperwork was finished when we arrived. We drove up in one day, traded our old camper in and bought a new one. Great place to visit if you looking for a travel pull behind or 5th wheel camper! All the staff seems to care and willing to help answer any and all questions! Mark C. our salesman just all around great guy very knowledgeable on campers and not afraid to share all needed information so we felt comfortable and knew all that was needed for camper differences ave such! We hopefully will get a camper here very soon and the forever warranty on major components it's a no brainer to purchase from Modern! Modern Trailer Sales is truly a customer FIRST company!!! We are full timers and were just passing through Indiana for a few days. One of our front land gear jacks on our 5th wheel went out. We needed a new jack motor or we were going to become permanent residents! Jason McDonald (Service Manager), Mark Booher (Service Advisor), and Terry Harmon (Warranty) worked to get us a new motor through our extended warranty. Great parts department, stocked very well with all the things you may need and quite a bit of stuff you would just like to have. Friendly helpful staff. Clean easy to navigate parking with ample space for large and small rigs. Convenient location off the interstate. A must have number for any RV owner.

Was looking for a specific model and I found it at Modern Trailer. Shane was my salesman and he was very helpful and the entire sales transaction went smooth. When I arrived to pick up the camper Shane met me at the door and was extremely welcoming and all the staff was helpful also. Service guys came out to help hook up the camper and show me how to use all the features. Very pleased with the entire purchase and I will definitely be returning for future purchases and service.

Bought our first new travel trailer from here and overall it was a great experience! The only thing I'd mention is the ad description can sometimes be incorrect- ours stated it came with a TV and had a laundry pass through into the storage but it had neither. Check everything! But otherwise the experience was great from beginning to end and even now when we need to bring it in for service everyone is so nice. We recommend them often and our friends only have good things to say as well!

We purchased our RV at the end of June. Our sales rep, Shane was very personable and knowledgeable. We had a very good experience and felt good about our purchase. Most of the staff has been their over 20 years. They gave us a fair trade-in and price even though they were selling campers like crazy. Service after purchase has been just as good if not better. Loved the experience we had here! My husband and I found a camper at the Indianapolis Boat, Sport, and Travel show this year through Modern Trailer Sales. We spent an extensive amount of time looking at different travel trailers with different companies. Several companies have the same travel trailers for sale, but Modern Trailer Sales definitely had the best deal! They offer a lifetime warranty on several pricey items such as the air conditioner, fried and stove...over 80 items are covered. All you have to do is bring your camper to their service department once a year for an inspection that costs

Love these guys-Bob in parts talked me thru an entire frame off renovation-could not have been more patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Then came Michael in service who was just as great to deal with and could not have provided more efficient, effective service. We stopped in so many times and took so long making our decision, but Gerald was very patient and informative. He took the time to look at our truck and keep us focused on what we could adequately pull with it. We ended up with a 27ft bullet. Got a good price and it is a very comfortable size. We will enjoy this for many years. Our "class" for usage with Joe was very good (even though I thought I knew it all about camping). And Tim went above and beyond to help us get just the right mirrors. They are all so knowledgeable and we never felt pressure to buy. It was apparent they wanted
