Originally drawn to yoga for physical fitness at a local health club in 2007, I shortly realized a spiritual, physical and mental shift which led me to my yoga journey. My teaching started in the fall of 2012, where I taught for just under a year. I have consistently taught since 2014. I felt the importance to grow my personal practice to benefit my students.

I was in Decatur on a visit and feel so blessed to have found this place and its teacher, Tara. The instant I walked in I felt calm and peaceful. I booked an Ayurvedic consultation and took two classes in the following week. The Ayurvedic consultation was so informative and insightful. I could tell how well educated and passionate Tara is. She had never met me before and was eerily correct on so many points. I wish I had time for a couple more sessions. The two classes were great also. There is an instant connection, sense of community, and complete lack of judgement. Tara is an intuitive teacher

Amazing staff and friendly, helpful teachers. It's very peaceful and relaxing to learn here, though the sun will get in your eyes easily if you take an evening class. Better to go in the morning.
