My wife and I, along with our neighbor (we live in a side-by-side twin) recently had PHI replace our siding and put a stone front on our garage ares. From presentation to completion everything was done in a timely and workmanlike fashion. The crew was courteous and poilite. All scrap material was cleaned up everyday. We couldn't be happier with the result. Many of our neighbors stopped and complimented us on the appearance. We are using PHI for a project in the near future. Mark S Horsham, Pa.

I made 1st contact with them on Monday at 12:50pm and our new roof was completed by 2pm on Thursday. We could not have asked for better service. I highly recommend them and will be having more work done by them. They are definitely our Preferred Home Improvement company.

I interviewed several contractors to remove my stucco. I was very apprehensive about doing this project. Mike came out and calmed my fears and made me feel comfortable about the process. He was there every step of the way as he said he would. The crew showed up each day and worked and stayed on the job until it’s timely completion. They replaced my stucco with a beaded siding,installed all new gutters and downspouts and built a pent roof over my garage doors. Mike made an unpleasant job as pleasant as possible. I love my end result and would recommend Preferred Home Improvement.

Our exterior was the last part on our major "to do list" for the overhaul of our 100 year old house, and we needed everything--roof, doors, gutters, siding and patio updates. They did it all and it looks amazing. The attention to detail, the no-corners-cut craftsmanship is obvious everywhere you go.
In terms of communication, I really can't say enough good about this company. The office managers were unfailingly polite, professional, and communicative. Mike and his colleagues were similarly prompt, easy to talk to and willing to accommodate us. The workers themselves were neat in how they worked

The whole team at Preferred Home Improvement were incredible from start to finish. They replaced the old aluminum siding on our home with vinyl and did a terrific job. Despite the fact the the color pretty closely matches the old siding it's a night and day difference in the look and feel of our home. Throughout the process they answered all our questions and made sure to take the time to explain the how and why of everything they did. I would definitely use them again in the future for home projects.
