My name is Gina Taterus and I am the owner and Principal Designer for A Coastal Home. My passion is creating beautiful, functional and livable spaces for my clients. I have a well rounded background education in design that I received from both the University of Nebraska and the International Academy of Design and Technology.
I received my Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts with a specialty in Interior Design and achieved my professional license through the National Council for Interior Design Qualification in 2014. You can find me watching my kiddos grow, reading and hanging out at my favorite local beach pass on the boat and collecting seashells.

Services
Gina helped my husband and I with a couple home projects. She gave us great design advice and worked diligently throughout the entire process. We happened to be out of town when the remodeling took place but Gina took care of everything while we were gone. She kept us abreast of the progress and sent us pictures at the end of everyday.
Together we can create your dream home, one that is functional and works for you and your family. We can design a floor plan that fits your lifestyle or create a restful relaxing bedroom. We can even get that outdoor living space pulled together so you can wow your friends and family at your next party.
A: We respond to all client inquires within 48 hours. First we give you a ring for a quick 10-15 minute chat. If we find we are able to assist with your project, we will schedule an in-home consultation. Once we see your space, we can determine a start date for your project. This is dependent on a few factors like your timeline and our current workload.
Gina at A Coastal Home was just what we needed! Our winter home was full of furniture, but it lacked a polished look. We needed help picking colors, artwork, accessories and adding some finishing touches. Fortunately, a local art-store owner suggested we contact Gina at A Coastal Home. Her flexible interior design program and expertise were perfect.

We have been using the window treatments Gina from A Coastal Home LLC sold and installed in 2019 and couldn't be happier with the products we selected and the service we received. We purchased treatments for our bedroom and our gymnasium and they look (and work) fantastic after a full year of daily use!
The service we received from Gina and her install team was impeccable! Gina steered us in the right direction with regard to color, pattern and material. Gina oversaw installation and when she noticed an issue with the panels that were delivered from the manufacturer, she contacted them and had

Gina Taterus of A Coastal Home was instrumental in helping us with ideas and selections as we built our retirement dream home. We were faced with hundreds of decisions & did not want to make costly mistakes so we were very glad we worked with Gina. First of all she listened to us to get a feel for our preferences and styles and then worked her magic in helping us to select the perfect color palette for exterior paint, roof tile and pavers. She did the same with interior paint colors, backsplash, countertop, fixtures, floor tile & window treatments. One of her great ideas was to have the builder
