Jovanni and Jacques were most incredibly helpful. I was shopping for a single picture window and, while their business catered to large orders, they both went out of their way to assist me with ideas, pricing, recommendations, and more. They were extremely patient with all of the "back and forth" emails and phone calls and while I did not end up placing an order, I can honestly say that if I were to undergo major construction in my home, this would be the first company I would turn to - and Jovanni and Jacques would be the ones to whom I would turn. The experience I had with CMS was amazing. The detail to Customer Service is extraordinary. My Rep Jacques went above and beyond to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. He was available to me 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I have worked in the Customer Industry for over 30+ year and this company is top of the line. I rate them an A+++++
