Dr. Offerle runs an excellent eye care practice. Everyone in his office is pleasant and helpful. It is clear he treats them well and they enjoy their jobs. Anyone who treats his employees so well is sure to treat his patients well, also. This is true of Dr. Offerle. My visits are fast and efficient, but he also takes the time to explain things and to get to know me. I highly recommend Eye Care Associates of Michiana.

My adult daughter with a disability has not been taken advantage of and has left without proper care. We were recommended to dr Morton from her eye therapist. It started off ok. But we did have a "backup" for quite a while with Wow Vision, (they always treated her with respect). We have been letting her do more things on her own. We thought an eye dr appointment would be easy. She came out with a new perscription but no glasses.
She was very upset and for the second time told us they do not listen to her,or help her to understand.I went with her today and now completely understand. If I was not

I have followed Linnea Robbins-Winters for years as she is the consummate professional and does a spectacular job of testing, correcting, and send me home after each visit with the correct lenses needed for me to work, play and live my life comfortably. Giving me the idea of having a set of glasses for just my use while at my desk was a stroke of genius and has helped me during my work hours looking at screens and paper work with comfort and less strain. I wholeheartedly promote Eye Care Associates as the best place for eye care!

One of the best physician experiences I’ve ever had. I woke up with intense pain in my right eye - result of recurrent corneal abrasion/erosion. Hundreds of miles from home, my wife Googled and saw great reviews for Eye Care Associates in South Bend, IN. She called and they told us to come in immediately, as they were closing soon. The staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Kristina Offerle was fantastic - identifying and explaining the condition, immediately helping me feel better, providing a bandage contact lens, pain relief and antibiotic, writing up notes, reviewing everything with us so we understood

Best eye doctor experience of my life. Dr. Offerle is the best! Highlights: Very little waiting time. My VERY nearsighted contacts were on hand (this is the first time they didn't have to be ordered). Finally, Dr. Offerle caught a small detached retina for which I had no symptoms. I was able to quickly move to get surgery to get it taken care of.
