Here is an example of a "double cleanout." It's important to have a double cleanout on your sewerline, if you ever have plumbing issues, you can have it inspected both, towards the house, and away from the house. They are really simple to install, especially if you already have it dug out. Today we fixed a leaking, rusted out valve, on a natural spring.
It was a little tricky considering there isn't a way to shut the system off to replace the valve. Abraham Lincoln once said "Give me six hours to chop down a tree, and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe." We spend allot of time behind the scenes planning and preparing, before we even get to the job so we can work as efficiently as possible once we arrive, benefiting both the cust.

This is why you shouldn't plant trees near a septic system. The nearest tree was 60 ft. Away from this junction box, tree roots find the path of least resistance. And they love water! So if you have a leechfield full of free draining gravel, and a steady daily dose of water everyday, thats great!. for your trees.

Skyler at John Rae Excavation showed up early, worked hard, and was very professional. He gave me clear answers to the questions I had and did an awesome job.
On top of that when I called in to the county to get someone out to inspect the septic system before they covered it all up he had already been in touch with them and worked it out.
John Rae Excavation has I high review from me and I would feel good recommending them to anyone.

I had a leak along our water line at my trailer. Skylar bid the job at a very reasonable price and committed to a day that he could fix the leak and make other upgrades to valves and existing pipe. He showed up on the committed day, made all repairs. then went above and beyond to make sure we was happy with his work. Skylar and his crew were pleasant to work with and got the job done as promised at the promised price. I will use John Rae Excavation again if needed.

I am so glad that I was able to find Skyler to do my landscaping job. He is a man of his word, he did what he said he would do and he did a great job. I’ve never seen anybody with so much skill on the backhoe. I highly recommend him for any trenching, digging or Boulder moving jobs. He’ll “dig you out”, and, “he’s got you covered“!!!

Skylar and son repaired the main water line into our house. He quickly responded to our request for service with a quote and made the repair the next day. His company is very professional and responsive to customer needs. I would recommend John Rae Excavation to anyone looking for a first class excavator and a great customer experience.
