I purchased a pump and first time we used it , it failed .they would not give the seals to us to replace after spending almost 60k.we where told we wold be charged $900 for parts that cost $550. Also day of pick up we where up charged an extra $1,000 on some hoses and one was even damaged they did not care enough to respond to us bringing it to there attention. Worst place i ever purched any equipment from.

Edward and his team at JED were outstanding! Edward got into the pits and helped get my pump ready for concrete in record time! Marcela in the office was always so kind, prompt and professional. They worked hard to provide a great product and experience. Our Putzmeister TK40 pump is on the job as we speak pumping like a dream. 10/10 recommend. When its time to purchase a back up, we are headed back to JED Alliance.

Don't buy from these guys they talk a good game, like others have said good paint job and stickers. They use cheap Chinese parts to refurbish. Cost me $4000 at a reliable pump dealer to even pump one yard. They do not back up anything, they don't answer calls once they get the check. Brought mine back to them so i could pump concrete, all i could pump was water. I've been in business 32 yrs. Never treated people like them. Cost me alot of time snd money to get my pump working. I should have bought a new one.

Spoke to a gentleman on the phone about purchasing an SP 305. One thing I can say about this company ( keep in mind I have not purchased a pump from them yet but looking forward to it here soon) is that you are not talking to salesman, you are talking to people that take pride quality in everything they do. Not only do they know the equipment ( because anyone can read the owners manual) but ask what kind of mud are you pouring or what typical feet of hose, what diameter you use. No other company will ask you these questions from what I’ve experienced. I’ve been told twice now by other companies

I have just purchased a fully refurbished Schwing 2007 BPA 500 concrete pump through Jed Alliance. I live in Nz and I was nervous buying from the US having never done it before especially as it was my first concrete pump. Edward and his team kept me updated with videos and pictures of the refurbishment which was awesome. The day after the pump landed here in New Zealand I took it to a test pour and it passed with flying colours it hasn't missed a beat. Very happy customer 😀

Our experience with JED was great. The sales process was super - highly professional, great communication and follow up and a knowledgable team who listened to our needs. Bought a pump from this company a year ago. Everybody's correct, the pump looked brand new and they told me it was refurbished. But after 10 months of pumping I took it to a Puetzmiester dealer to have it looked over and I spent $10,000 on rebuilding the machine. They couldn't believe that I had just bought this machine less than a year ago and it supposedly had been rebuilt. Would not recommend this place.

Bought a pump 10 months ago. Its been a huge problem since day one. Hydraulic leaks at almost every fitting, paint chipping off like crazy, sludge build up in the tank. Piston cylinder cracked, trailer brakes shot, wiring harness patched in about 50 different places, broken and defective stop switches the list goes on I've spent over 8k just getting the pump to be reliable. I would have been better off buying a new pump from all the money it has cost me in repairs and having to hire out other companies to do my work. This pump is the worst purchase I have ever made in my entire construction career
