They are the worst company to work for, as a female.”
They are very unprofessional and do not have work ethics. They don’t follow rules and some workers don’t take their job serious for the most part.
They are disrespectful and rude as well, I do not recommend working for them if you like a peaceful environment and pleasant coworkers to work with as team players.
Supervisors don’t do their job on problem matters either, they do little to nothing to fix a major problem.
They do not manage their job professionally, do not care about the safety of their employees when they ask for more

We were concerned about 2 mature trees that looked suspiciously unhealthy this year. Albert Mares came out to consult with us before we removed them if that's what they needed. He was so friendly and easy to talk to that we were thrilled to find out the trees were not desperately unhealthy. He gave us some thoughts on how to improve their chances of recovery this year as we moved into Fall/Winter. If I had a chance to work with R&B I certainly would. This consultation was thorough and helped us decide to keep the trees.

This review for R&B is mainly for their excellent customer service.
I have no doubt that the quality of their services match. My neighbor's palm tree was planted on his property line next to my house and driveway. It was too big and needed to go. My neighbor agreed and was going to allow me to pay for the the removal, so I called R&B. They asked me to send them a picture, which I did. R&B responded quickly with a very competitive quote. I was ready schedule an appointment, but my neighbor decided to use a another service that he has used before and split the cost with me. So long story short,

We were impressed with Albert who came out to quote major trimming of the oak trees threatening our house. He was friendly, professional, on-time, gave us a verbal bid & followed up with a written estimate within a couple of hours, as promised. We'll get another bid or two before we go forward, but the price seems fair and we have every reason to think the job would be done competently.

My neighbor and I both needed a tree cut. His was huge while mine was smaller. We both decided to hire R&B. The crew who came out were amazing! They did both jobs in an hour. That included cleaning up and removing what they cut. They were very professional and utilized safety equipment. It was amazing watching them take my neighbor's tree down. I would highly recommend them.

Albert was impressively honest in his appraisal of the work we wanted done. He said the evergreen bush we wanted removed could be easily be taken out limb by limb by us, and was not worth spending money on.
He gave us a bid of $150 to grind two tree stumps but he charged a minimum of $400 to bring his crew to the work site. We are thankful for his straight to the point information and we will be calling for his services in the future as well as recommending any friends that need his services.
