My experiences with this company have always been very positive and professional. Caregivers were paid well and treated with respect. The company even paid for professional training for many of their staff to learn about Dementia and other skills necessary to provide quality care to the residents.
Would definitely recommend Wendy and her company to anyone in need.

Been working with the company for a few years now. First week on the job my mother became very ill and passed and Wendy allowed me time to be with my mom without any hesitation. The ladies in the office are a great bunch to work with. Love the Family feeling that you received from everyone in the office and field staff. Field staff are great and are treated with respect and office staff is there to listen and help when able to do so. I would recommend this company to employees, clients and their families.

Midland, MI: As a previous internal employee I truly felt sorry for field employees. Promises were made for higher shift pay to cover emergency situations but when pay checks were issued employees didn't get it. Referral bonuses weren't full filled. Mileage was often forgetton. Employees were subject to physical abuse from clients, weapons were pulled, unsanitary conditions (flea and head lice infestation) and then down played or not correctly reported for fear of losing contacts. Employees were often lied too to get company needs meet so the company didn't lose contacts. Employee turn over was
