Got the windshield replaced in September of 2019, immediately the wipers made a clunking noise every time turned on. Turns out they broke the Wiper Linkage during the replacement and never told us. They broke the molding and clips as well and instead of replacing, just glued them back in. Windshield leaked all winter. Rubber strips came loose and were flapping all over. The molding buzzed constantly from being broken and not replaced when it should have been.
We had to have the whole job redone on top of paying for a new Wiper Linkage and installation. Just go with Safelite next time where you

By far one of the greatest experiences I have had while getting my 2015 Subaru Outback worked on. It was fast, priced well, and very convenient. 2016 Dodge Charger passenger side front window replacement. I went to their website and requested a quote on Saturday night, I received the quote the same day, although not their normal working hours, by the way very affordable price. Ronnie got in touch with me and kept me updated from when the part arrived to when he was on his way to my house. He was very professional and replaced the window in less than 30 minutes, I could tell he is an expert on window replacement, he took everything apart and put it back together without missing a beat. I wish more businesses around the Hampton Roads area
