Dr. Paul Kitchen has practiced psychology for over 25 years and specialized in forensic psychology for over 20 years. He has over 120 hours of continuing forensic evaluation training and has performed over 5500 forensic evaluations for the courts, the Department of Human Services and the Department of Disability Services.

The referral question to be answered (e.g., can this person live independently, can this person effectively parent).
