John founded Neubert Painting in 1975. He has both grad and post-grad degrees from Cleveland State University. John has spent over 40 years in the residential painting industry, and hopes to continue on this path, in the direction of growth and success. Kyle has been with our company since 2005 and is studying business at Cleveland State University.
He manages our exterior painting crews, warranty, and continuing maintenance divisions. Ryan has been with us since 2000. He manages our warranty and continuing maintenance program as well as a few of our wood painting crews. He is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University. Judi has been with the company for over 30 years, and is a graduate of Cleveland State University.

Interior enamels used by most painters are too soft for coating cabinets. They chip very easily. These paints also do not have the silky smooth feel of cabinets done with a lacquer coating. I am more than thrilled with my cabinet! . My painter was courteous, efficient, professional and very thorough. He explained what to expect each day and lived up to Neubert’s excellent reputation. My 20 yr. old cabinets were transformed from tired antiqued vanilla to two toned ice cube white over stormy blue. They are beautiful!

Nice to talk to but not a quality driven company. College kids (18 year olds) that just want a job, not professional painters. The painters do not know how to caulk or do any detail work. They paint on wet surfaces, and they d on understand how to prep surfaces.
Sloppy and not really interested in doing a good job as a true professional would. Management is never visible, leaving the contact to nice young people that have little authority.
I am going to finish the touch up and caulking myself. This was a $14,000 job. I really expected more of an interest in the results from Neubert Painting

We have been Neubert customers for years and would not consider anyone else. They have great service, expert painters and worth every penny. We just had a major job completed by Jesse and it was nothing short of perfect! Professional, kept us updated on plans and would not settle for anything short of perfectly perfect. Neubert has been painting for some years now. I won't use anyone else the last thing they did was spray the ceiling of the basement with black paint its beautiful. The always are on time and out in one or two days and do excellent work.

We hired Neubert to paint a guest bedroom before committing a larger job with them. We could not be more pleased. The gentleman that painted our room not only did a meticulous job he did an AMAZING job repairing a wall. He was on time, very communicative, super tidy and efficient. I would highly recommend Neubert Painting to anyone considering them.

AVOID. While there is a strong desire to please the customer, sadly the training of their college age employees and attention to details was severely lacking. We paid nearly 30% more than the next bid based upon the promised quality of the workmanship. There were repeated requests to return to clean up the job site, caulk areas that were not caulked and paint areas that were missed, I have decided to finish the last Items myself. Note they did promptly return but items were missed each time.
The good news is they leave the extra paint so I am all set now?

We live in Bay Village and have used Neubert twice. They are fantastic and we will continue to use them for our future projects. Their price is higher than the discount painters but it is worth it because they provide better quality and a professional experience. They were on time, on budget, and great quality. If you want a headache free experience, hire Neubert.

SO TIRED of constantly receiving marketing mail in my mailbox from Neubert Painting. I have NEVER contacted them regarding any potential painting job AND NEVER WILL! Yet, at least once a week (usually twice) there is some piece of unwanted marketing mail from Owner John Neubert and Neubert Painting delivered to my mailbox.
Fed up with this barrage of unwanted, unsolicited, junk mail, I phoned Neubert Painting on 05/12/2015 by using the phone number on their latest unwanted brochure. When owner John Neubert answered, I politely asked to be removed from his mailing list and I even nicely explained
