Although walk-in appointments are welcome when we are able to accommodate them, scheduling appointments for these services is recommended. I have taken 2 different vehicles through this wash, a Maxima and an F150. Something in the wash scratchesd/chiped the passenger side window in BOTH cars. Pretty upset about the Truck as it's brand new a d now has a scratch all the way across the window. I have a picture of before and after as well,like literally sitting in the entrance to the wash with no scratches and then exiting with scratches.

Very unprofessional cashier (named Jatara I think). I witnessed her yelling at one of the car wash employees in an aggressive manner. Apparently this type of behavior is acceptable in this establishment. I understand there are workplace issues amongst employees sometimes

Honestly, while the full service interior clean was kind of expensive-it was worth every penny. The guys basically factory reset the inside of my car, cleanest its ever been, and I played sand volleyball for a couple summers and accidentally spilled lemonade in the cupholder which dried to a sticky mess, but once they were done there was absolutely no evidence of any of it. Will definitely be going back every year or so, cannot beat the quality!

Don't waste your time or money going to this car wash. I paid $27 for the "ultimate" car wash and on their little menu board it says they'll dry your car by hand at the end. Well the guy at the end just waived me through. They push in your mirrors no matter the size so those don't get cleaned and even after going through the car wash my car is still covered in bugs.

My wife and i decided to take both of our cars at the same time based on the good reviews. We have been looking for a good car wash for about a year, as we have just moved here. We both purchased the top wash package at $43.00 each. As our cars exited the tunnel, we were directed to park in 2 empty spaces. Our cars sat there for 30 min and dried in the sun. A man came over and cleaned the inside with a vac, they pit tire shine on and lightly wiped the wheels, he then signaled that they were done. At the end, My car had water spots all over because no towel dry happened, my windows were dirty inside

The layout of this station is nice. It's like a one stop shop. You can fill up, self serve air for your tires. You can vacuum your own car or go through the awesome decently priced carwash. The best package provides inside and outside. It's not a detailing just a decent cleaning. The attendants wiped down the vehicle outside and apply tire shine. The attendants wipe the dash, windows and vacuum the inside. I don't see a lot of people pay attention to the other perks you get while waiting for your car to be cleaned. I took our gloss black SUV in for a detail and wax plus an upgraded interior detail. The carwash manager, Nathanial, said "your SUV will look better than when you picked it up at the showroom". He was totally right. He is a master and an artist when it comes to detailing. Our SUV looks perfect. I've never seen a black vehicle with absolutely no swirl marks, and the inside is shiny and spotless. The price was reasonable, and I can't say enough about the great job that Nathanial and his crew did. Stopped by Friday to get my car washed and vacuumed and was shocked at the cost. $25 for a car wash, and $10 more for a vacuum and then $10 more to get your interior wiped. So I got the $43 (yes $43) for the "signature" wash ("best value" it says). I asked if they would take care of the bugs, and the attendant said, "oh yeah, they'll get that.

I go here usually once a year, and I always walk away thinking the same thing. I paid more than I needed to for a mediocre job. The automatic car wash does a decent enough job, but if you are expecting a hi quality finishing effort, don't. There are other car washes that do a better job. If you need to get it done in a pinch, this could be an option. I've never paid for there other services, but not inclined to given my experience over the last 10 years.

First time getting my car detailed here and I specifically did the the interior detail package and my car looks amazing. They did a great job of getting the stains out of my cloth seats that have been there for years and cleaning up all the dog hair! Will definitely be back to my car detailed again!

I had a great experience with this car wash. It's a little expensive, but this is the cleanest my car has gotten at an automated car wash and I've only tried washing my own car like once lol.
You have three ways to purchase your car wash: get straight in line, go inside, or pay at the gas station that's in the same lot. Stopped by this car wash yesterday. The place is not cheap, but it is not overly expensive. The cost of doing business has gone up over the year.
I noticed that there is one big problem with this place. If you look at the prices and services provided online vs looking at the bill board at the station, there is a difference.
From what I saw the list of services for the prices don't match up. I know changing things on the bill board can take longer to fix, but it is needed.
Aside from this problem, the place ran like a well oiled machine.

First I want to Praise Jesus Christ and give Him All The Glory For Helping Me Find This Place Because He Knows I wanted My Car Detailed For The Longest. Honestly I didn't even know if they were going to take me, Thank God they managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule that day. The customer service was awesome they were very friendly and welcoming they were precise when I should come and pick up my car after it was finished. High Detailing Prices For Shoddy, Messy Work
I will not be returning as a customer, nor would I recommend them.
I dropped my 2015 Hyundai Sonata off for a scheduled Interior Detail ($124) and a hand wax ($69). The work done is shoddy -- that is the most polite term I can use -- I would and did expect better of a company that offers detailing service, especially at the rates charged.
Conditioning products were applied unevenly, the car has a spotty/speckled look inside now on the doors, dash, and other services. And it is apparent that not all surfaces were even done evenly as there are whole

I received two recommendations from friends about this place and I was pretty disappointed in their service today.
I had the $39 cleaning option since I wanted the interior cleaned. They did not clean the trunk well nor the back of the seats as shown. The rest of the interior was cleaned just fine.
I would not recommend them currently.

Love the service here. This is the only place I’ll get my car washed through a drive through service, typically will get the inside and outside fully cleaned. It feels like a full detailed cleaning, the clean the dashboard the cup holders, the kids crumbs everywhere and even clean the mats! They have an array of options from a basic exterior clean w self service vacuum to the entire detailed clean. And they are fast! I highly recommend this place.
