Roy was able to rearrange his schedule and come do my yard at the last minute, the same day. He not only did, quick and professional work but he went above and beyond to make things easier for me. He’s an all around good person who does amazing work. I cannot recommend him enough.

I called Roy to get an estimate on landscaping my back yard. I sent him some pictures and we set a date. Not only was Roy prompt but he also came a day earlier than scheduled. He was attentive and extremely detailed. He answered all of my questions with no hesitation. He has definitely gained a loyal customer.

Roy's Crew (3 guys) arrived at 1130 instead of 0900. They worked very fast, but poor quality work! Left without finishing the job. I called the owner back and informed him the job was not finished. They even left a half cut palm tree on the wall. I contacted Roy the same day, and he told me he will come back to haul away the tree, but he didn't! I normally dont leave any bad reviews, but I want people to know about my recent experience with them. Shop around people, dont make the same mistake as I did.

Roy Is the best Customer Service I’ve received since being on island. He contacted me directly and within 6-8 hours of submitting the inquiry located on his website. Roy had finished earlier than expected with another job and fit my yard in 2 days earlier than scheduled. He is very communicative, impeccable timing, very professional and patience working with me getting out of work late to meet him at my house for his lawn services. He waited close to an hour to ensure I was satisfied with the work he did on my lawn prior to leaving because I got held up at work. Highly recommend him and his team
