Unprofessional staff, unreliable pick-up, billing nightmare. When I had issues and called the office staff, I felt as if I was merely being placated and that my issues were not dealt with seriously. On a particular occasion, pick-up staff urinated next to my trash corral while the other man stood look-out. I was told by office staff, "well ma'm, you do live in the country now". I live on the corner of Hwy 30, and people notice my home all the time, I get multiple comments throughout any given month, and the girls in my study group do drive this route. I was mortified.
