We are here for two months over the winter and really loving it here. Although the sites are close together, the redwood fencing between each site gives you great privacy. The staff here is wonderful; the property is well kept and they are doing improvements to it daily. Our neighbors have been lovely and we will definitely be back here next winter!

Great value. Nice pool, hot tub, fire ring, public grill. The glancing tents are RIGHT NEXT to the commuter train tracks!! Train horn and engine noise every 20 mins from 4:30am to 9:30pm. RV sites are spacious, have a privacy fence between sites. Some have picnic table. Showers are very nice! Laundry facilities. Walk to ocean and lots of restaurants! Multiple campers had locks cut and bikes stolen while we were there...be advised!! We would stay there again though

Stayed here in Nov because there was no availability anywhere else. When we booked a specific site we were told by the manager that it wouldn't be a problem. When we arrived we were given a different site and told they don't guarantee sites. The site was narrow and we could hardly fit a car on it. Weeds and trash were everywhere. Other sites had not only a RV but 3 vehicles parked on them. Many extended into the roads. Park is more like a parking lot than a resort. Won't be back.

First if all we stayed for 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful time.
There are some quirks about this place.
The commuter train is near and it is set behind some businesses that make it seem strange.
However once you are in the park it seems you are in RV heaven. Totally new bathrooms with new showers(wife loved that).
Pool area is relaxing and clean.
Lots of space to ride bikes and close to anything else you want to do.
The staff was amazing (the main reason for the 5 star instead of 4)
Overall I left wanting to come back again so that says alot.

We really enjoyed this place. We stayed in one of their two available glamping tents which includes a fan, a mini fridge, and a keurig coffee machine. Bed was comfortable and clean, bathrooms were very nice, staff is AMAZING, great location, price for tent was very reasonable, very nice laundry room, pool area was perfect, and they also have a great play room with video games/pool table/tv/board games. Lots of kids around riding bikes. Felt very safe. The only quirky thing is that the resort is located next to a train track. It didn’t really bother us. Seemed to stop running from 10:30pm -4:30am

This RV has a lot of potential. Staff are great. Met Donna and David activity planners. Very nice. Front desk lady was very helpful too. The pool is nice. Jacuzzi jets don't work well and the landscape of the park needs some work. It makes the RV park look dumpy. The hookups are also old looking and getting rusty. Check out pictures. Also be prepared for the train noise.

We had a ladies weekend. My mom purchased an older RV 1995 to be exact. We were 4 clueless woman as this was our first rv trip. This campsite is GREAT, it’s clean, friendly, close to stores, restaurants, the beach & the staff Amazing. As we were about to leave Sunday we didn’t know how to dispose of our restroom duties. We had an old hose. We ended up buying one from the little store they have & not over priced at all. The lady there, I feel so bad I forgot her name she had the most stylish black sandals with studs. Anyways she walked with us to our rv & coursed us on how to use the hose. She

Diamond in the rough.First the staff goes beyond any expectations. They rock. The resort is 100 percent solar-powered.The pool is warm enough to even swim in at night. The hot tub is great. The game room has free games and crafts. Kids are always having fun.The ocean is a 10 minute walk . Groceries are less than 2 miles. Dog park is clean and cute.Glamping too.Parking is tight and there is no visitor parking.Landscaping needs some help but changes are made daily to upgrade the park.Additional wi fi has been added.Bathroom are super clean and cute. There is a train that runs hourly but you soon forget

This was our first stay at this park. The close walk to the beach was not that convenient as the beach was 100ft wide (small). The park is in the process of upgrades but we did not experience any construction noise. The spaces are close and some of the campers there are long-term residents. The train noise is noticible but not aweful. The same is true for road noise. The ants were a problem that I wished I had been alerted to beforehand. After making the trip to home depot for the distunacious earth that was recommended I still had ants in my camper daily.
