Our office was broken into Sunday night and after making 2 other calls to get local glass companies to repair the door I was unable to get anyone over. Still looking for help I got a hold of Steve and he said he would be there Monday. We gave him the information on the glass that was broken he came and replaced it that day. Wow! I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I had a vintage piece I’ve had for years and the glass broke that was inside and All the places I was calling in Dallas were quoting me crazy prices and the customer service wasn’t good over the phone so I honestly was going to leave my vintage piece as is but when I called Dallas Glass & Mirror, A lady picked up the phone and she was very welcoming which made me visit the location and drop off my piece of glass for a quote. Stephen is excellent! He was very easy to contact and communicate with. He gave a quick response on the project I was injuring about, was very friendly and upfront with pricing and how long it would take. Once we decided to move forward with our custom mirror Stephen made arrangements to come out to take measurements for us and gave excellent suggestions on size and placement. Steve answered the phone when I called Dallas Glass and Mirror. He was very friendly and professional throughout the call. He was able to come out the next day and measure for the frameless shower door and side panel that I needed. While he and his assistant were measuring, the assistant noticed that my bathroom window was foggy. He stated, "Have you thought about replacing that window?" Cannot say enough good things about this company. We got on-site quotes from over 6 companies (so time consuming) and Dallas Glass was hands down the least expensive. Got a broken window? "Well, I got a guy for that." I'm glad that I can say that now. Didn't realize I needed a guy for that until it happened. Lawn crew threw a rock at my sidelight when mowing. Jumped on the Internet and combed through the reviews. Found Dallas Glass and Mirror. Looked at the bad reviews that were focused on lack of punctuality. Looked closer and found most were a bit unreasonable. Put 2 and 2 together and realized that this is a business that's about all about responding to glass emergencies and figured that that responding to true emergencies

Dallas Glass & Mirror did a great job for a reasonable price. I had a half wall shower glass enclosure installed with brass (gold) hardware. They were reliable and fast, but also careful during the install. I would recommend them anytime. After the install they took the time to tell me about how to care for my new shower, etc. I uploaded two pictures to show what a great job they did. Thank you guys!
