Once you have received your year end tax statements and documents, you may drop them off, mail, e-mail or fax them to us at your convenience. A mail slot is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. As a guide line, I have also provided some lists under the "What to Bring" tab. Services
Every taxpayer's situation is unique and therefore it is impossible to list all of the items one must bring in for every type of situation. The following is a list of the most common items to bring with you. You do not need an appointment to drop off this information as a drop box is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For basic personal returns, the average completion time is 10-14 days from the date you drop off your information. For more complex returns, those with self-employment, business or rental property, the average completion time is 21-28 days. You will be contacted by telephone when your return is completed and ready to be picked up and signed.
The first thing to do is figure out what that is. You will need to list your income and all your expenses. Using a monthly figure for each will give you the best picture. Some of your expenses are not fixed amounts but do the best you can to estimate what you spent in the past year and divide that by 12 to come up with the most accurate monthly figure possible.
