We at Whitewater Valley Rehabilitation have years of experience in treating a wide array of surgical procedures as well as using the specific protocols your physician wants us to follow to prevent reinjury or surgical failure.Pre-surgery: We can provide you with a customized home exercise program to increase mobility and strength to prepare you for surgery and thus optimize surgical outcomes.

Our facility uses a specific treatment approach for upper/lower cervical pain and low back pain developed by Angelo DiMaggio of the American Back Pain Center. This treatment approach focuses on determining which direction you will respond to: flexion, extension, or lateral flexion exercises.

Based on our findings, you will be guided through the program and taught how to control and even abolish your symptoms, which oftentimes have been present for many years, thus increasing your quality of life.We are the ONLY clinic in this area to use this specific technique. This approach in combination with SASTM* has been very successful in decreasing pain.
