Jerry and his team were amazing to work with! I needed my fence repaired, and they came the day after I contacted them - about two weeks earlier than they initially said they would. Their pricing was quite a bit lower than a few other places I called, and they worked quickly and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

I had a problem with my fence (from another company) and was looking for advice. I called Red Cedar and they were so incredibly helpful. The spent 20 minutes outlining solutions and providing suggestions- even though I wasn't ready to hire anyone yet! I know when its time to fix my fence, I will be calling them.

Jerry and Ruben were awesome to work with. They provided quotes the same day, no waiting. Had 2 other companies come out and they neber provided the quotes. I can say that they were able to get the fence done 2 to 3 months earlier than others. Everyone was May to July. We had ours installed 3 weeks after signing quote. Ruben and hisnteam tore down old and installed all new fence in 2 days. Ruben was very responsive on 2 minor issues and fixed them in timely manner. Super pleased with work and professionalism. We are very happy with Red Cedar Fence. Jerry is great with communication and updating timelines, especially in this pandemic, materials can get a bit delayed. Jerry and Ruben are both very knowledgeable, gave me some good suggestions, and always call to check if they have any questions. If we need another fence, we will definitely call Red Cedar Fence again.

Jerry was the point man in preparing for the work. He was honest about what they could do and timing in the COVID environment, delivered on what he said they would do, and all at a great price. He was familiar with what we had to do regarding permits, and did a lot of the leg work for drawings. On the day of, Ruben and his team were great. They did good work, cleaned up as promised, gladly made a change mid-job, and came ready to deliver options. After the fact, Jerry even followed up to remind us about closing things out with our Village. I will refer others to them without reservation!

An absolutely incredible experience from the beginning until the end of the fence project. Jerry immediately responded to my inquiry for a quote and helped me work through the complexities of Mount Prospect's fence requirements for a corner lot and stayed in great communication through completion. The price was reasonable and the installation crew was very careful when disassembling the old fence and putting up the new fence. The wind blew down a section of our rather old cedar fence. I called Red Cedar and Rueben came out promptly to give us an estimate. He also pointed out a few issues with some of the other posts in the fence. The quote was extremely reasonable and they scheduled about 10 days in the future. The work was done promptly and the fence is now very stable and secure. The work area was totally clean of nails and debris. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing fence repairs.
