After 1 year, rent for a 2 bedroom upstairs is increasing from 805 to 945! Apartments are older. Kitchen cabinets and countertops are older. Black goopy substance in one cabinet was never cleaned prior to me moving in.. Kitchen tile is grouted over here and there. Things get painted over to make look nice. The fridge is from the 80's but other appliances are newer. Nice views around the property with the creek and trees. Pool is in desperate need of repair. Never got to use the clubhouse because of covid. The gutters need cleaning out because there has been existing damage done to the exterior

Beware Rock Baker at Deer Run or should I say Deer Slums apartments!! That is honestly what they are turning into! It’s ridiculous how run down this apartments are getting. I know that last MGR was bad but the current MGR had made this property awful and I hate living here. Can not wait until my lease is up and get far away from here.
This used to be a beautiful peaceful place to leave. Now it is turning into ware fare housing and unauthorized dogs everywhere, sketchy people always out, parties going on at the pool to were you cannot even enjoy it.

The place is amazing the only reason I could not give 5 star review is because of the quality design of the installation of central heat and air. You have to leave a double closet door open in order for your air handler to circulate the air inside your apartment. And in that double closet door sits your indoor air handler and your water heater so not very attractive when you have quests over.
