A high percentage of ownership can indicate an area where people like to live and stable property prices. While a high percentage of rentals could indicate an area with shifting demographics, a younger community, or possibly a downtown area. High vacancy rates can indicate that the market is unhealthy and that it could be tough to sell a home in this area.

I loved working with Kim when looking to purchase a home. She was always there to answer any kind of crazy question I had. I will definitely be using her when I decide to sell my home.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
We rented a home here in Richmond Hill for a year prior to buying a home. Ron Gizzi was the manager for the property we were renting. He was responsive to any needs we had while we were there and was also very respectful of our space. I would highly recommend contacting Ron if you are looking to rent.

I had Sheila as my property manager. Can't speak for anyone else, but she is a crook. She was constantly looking for ways to charge my roommate and me extra money. We got out of the lease when we could. She tried to charge us our full security deposit for anything she could. She said we "loosened" the front door knob and the whole door would need to be replaced for like $200. We both only used the garage door, maybe used the front door 20 times after being there for a year. She did that for about 15 things around the house that were a little messed up before we got there, and she tried charging

I rented a house in Richmond Hill from Remax When I returned the house clean and in impecable condition they never refunded me my $700.00 deposit, they made false claims that the house wasn’t clean and returned me only $36.50 out of my $700.00 and charged me for false things like taking out trash I didn’t leave, $150!! and mowing a lawn that was done, blaming me for a window screen that I didn’t pop out and would take 5 min to put in, since the agent is also the handy man and not skilled at it, and charging like it were a new window. I complained on day one and have pictures to prove it,

I was a potential renter. There was a property I was trying to view. I called many numbers and had a hard time getting help. When I did get someone on the phone I was transferred quickly and then to voice-mail. Eventually I got a hold of someone after many calls. The person I spoke with told me the house I was interested in already had an application on it. (Not a deposit, not rented) at the same time another worker finally texted me saying it was able to be viewed. I responded and did not get a response til really late that day. While waiting on a response I did in fact leave from fort stewart

I had nothing but pleasant dealings with Re max, and all of Drew's assistances since renting our home here in October 2015. All of the ladies are prompt and courteous. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but my recent experience requires some praise. The a/couple at my home recently stopped working on a Sunday. I submitted a maintenance request, and it being a Sunday I figured it wouldn't be till Monday before anything was scheduled. Denise called me that afternoon to let me know she was working the issue, and she continued to work it until she was able to get someone out on Tuesday, keeping
