Mason was AWESOME! He was courteous, professional, thorough, & friendly! He didn't talk down to these first time septic tank owners, he instead took time to explain a lot of things to us. His demeanor was so friendly that my teenage son, who has all of the severe social anxiety that comes with high functioning Autism, actually felt comfortable enough to talk to Mason on his own. And any parent of, or person on the Autism spectrum can tell you... That's significant!
I would definitely recommend him to anyone!!!

Mason is very knowledgable about his business. He came after 6pm to help us out and waited for NKY Sanitation to come to help resolve our issue. Very nice young man- hard to find.

Mason was amazing! He answered all of my questions when I called, and arrived to pump my septic tank within a few hours. Pricing was very reasonable, he was polite and knowledgeable, and took great care in helping us. Mason even helped to clear a clog in my main line to the septic (had a plumber out earlier that day and they told me that I didn’t have a clog). I certainly know who I will be calling for all of my future septic needs and will always recommend. Thank you for going above and beyond and saving me from having to call a plumber back out.
