I've boughten two houses and sold one while working the WGA team and have seen a ton of potentially bad situations (buyers backing out, tough negotiations, inspection issues, etc) be handled effortlessly and with an absolutely flawless attention to detail. Neal does things backwards, for being a professional realtor he should know better, he should do his research first before giving someone an offer, and when he decides the offer was not for him he backs out in the deal,
This is a reply to Neal: Neal I understand that, but you wanted this for an investment property, you should have assess the property first before making an offer on it, knowing we we're closing in 10 days, you made us jump through hoops moving things out, we also rented a storage unit and now we don't need it. On the other hand my husband and I should know better then doing business

Neal is AMAZING! I was a first time home buyer and I didn't really have any idea about the process until I found Neal as my agent. He was so helpful through out the entire experience! He was available 24/7 to answer all of my questions and was very patient with explaining everything to me! I contacted Neal about buying a house, and within 3 days we had a list of listings to look at it. Three weeks later we went under contract on a house in the area we needed. Neal did his part in lining up the appraisal, gave us a few referrals for inspectors, and even answered all of our random contract questions past business hours. He's got the right attitude for what you need in a Realtor. At the end of the day, he handled everything very professional, but was still friendly enough to make things comfortable.
