The shopkeeper has no idea about shipping services. I dropped him a package labeled with FedEx Smart Post and left, I see him calling me in the parking lot telling me I have gave him the wrong information, he got so confused to see the USPS barcode on the FedEx Smart Post label and said this need to be served via USPS, I told him no just give it the FedEx mailman and all will be good, I explained him everything and yet he refused to believe me and he passed on my package to the USPS mailman and after 10 days of dropping my package with him still hasn't been delivered. Very disappointing.

This is my mail spot!!! It's very frustrating getting packages stolen so I looked into getting a monthly mailbox. I'm so happy I did!
The store is super clean, always smells fresh. The manager memorized my name and welcomes me very politely every time I walk in.
You can access your mailbox and leave out shipping supplies after hours. On many occasions I've used their printing services when my printer at home wasn't working.
They have a ton of really cool, funny, unique stuff for purchase - books, patches, some electronic essentials, shipping materials

Today I was in Western, I went to print a document and the cashier told me that the machine to use the USB memory did not work, so I could send the document to the store's email and she printed it. Then he told me that color printing costs $ 0.75 + $ 2.0 (because I sent him an email).
Does the store charge me $ 2.0 for sending you an email?

I came into this store last week to ship a few things off for my nephew's birthday. Standard small box that couldn't have weighed more than about a pound and a half. The man at the counter introduced himself as the owner - I'm thinking great! He should really know what he's doing and I'm in good hands. Nope. He stares at the computer looking very confused as if he's never used the program before or shipped an item in his life. As he's standing there trying to figure it out, I take a look around the store. I turn around to see a huge display of HORRENDOUSLY sexist

I urge everyone to go OUT OF THEIR WAY to go to this place for all your shipping needs. Customer service is NOT dead here! They went out of their way to box and pack up a framed mirror sold on EBay. Perfectionists and professionals all the way!! Highly recommended this place!! I'll be going here from now on.

Love the place very friendly owner and staff and reliable got my PO Box and a key card 24/7 access amazing and they hand your packages over right away no delays. Couldn't ask for a better place than this one it's a little far from home only for traffic but it's worth it and they pay month to month is great !

Do yourself a favor and go out of your way to go to this place for your box, packing and shipping needs. They're HALF the price of the UPS Store right up the street on Hollywood and Western. No kidding. These guys go out of their way to go above and beyond and do the best possible job they can. Perfectionism and professionalism reign here. They WANT you to come back, and they treat you like you matter. I was duly impressed with how thorough they were. These guys are the real deal.

Researched a few different places while looking for a temporary mailbox while I situate myself into LA and this was definitely the best choice. Professional staff, good pricing and also allows you to pay month to month unlike most other places with a 3/6 month minimum. 24/7 access to my mail in a safe and positive atmosphere is all I could ask for, happy with my decision!
