Mary, our office manager has been with the practice since we began in Clearwater, over thirteen years ago. Mary holds a masters degree in Blind Rehabilitation from Western Michigan University. Prior to joining our practice, Mary practiced as an orientation and mobility instructor for the Edward Hines VA hospital blind center in suburban Chicago.

Nothing is more important to you and your loved ones than your health and sense of well being. Due to advances in medicine and science, along with more attention to a healthy diet and exercise, the average person will live a longer and more productive life than even a generation ago. The effects of aging, however are often reflected in the mirror.
Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, surgery can be done the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.
Performing Facial Plastic Surgery typically requires several years of hospital-based surgical training. Dr. Milne manages a wide variety of problems relating to the face and scalp. Dr. Milne practices a full scope of facial plastic surgery and hair restoration surgery with expertise in reconstructive, dermatologic, hair transplantation and facial cosmetic surgery.
At the time of your initial visit, your treatment plan will be established along with an estimate of fees. We will file your insurance paperwork to help receive all entitled reimbursements. Filing your claim: Our financial secretary will be happy to discuss payment arrangements that will suit your needs.
Facelift surgery, or a rhytidectomy, is designed to restore a more youthful appearance by removing major wrinkles and sagging skin. It involves tightening of the facial and neck muscles as well as the removal of any excess skin. The skin begins to wrinkle and sag as a result of age, sun exposure and genetics.

My experience with the office staff was breath taking! I felt like was amongst family. They treated me with the up most respect and the place clean. All the ladies Mary. Jenn and a other fee I can’t remember their name (please forgive me) were so helpful. Jenn sat with me exam my teeth and I didn’t feel rushed. You can tell they enjoy there job and really care about you. I can’t wait to see them again. I live in Tampa but it’s a hour drive and for that level of services I’ll travel. Try Dr. Milne practice you won’t be disappointed.

My son was involved in an accident at which left my sons face fractured and Dr.milne did the finest work on my son and treated us very well i have nothing bad to say about him because he is the best i recommend him to anyone and i live a coulple hours away but i will do it 10 more times if i have too

Staff unfriendly and horrible customer service. This doctor came highly recommended from a close friend, since I work in the same building I was able to walk over and ask some questions. The lady at the counter barely said hello and when I said I have a few questions, her response was okay what!? That was the rudest experience I have ever encountered in a office or any kind of professional setting. I will never go back there and will tell everyone I know how horrible the lack of customer service was.

If there were more stars, he and his staff would have them. A near eye skin cancer was removed by another surgeon and, when healed, resulted in an ectropic lower eyelid that was unsightly and annoying. I never dreamed anyone could fix it but Dr. Milne did two surgeries and it looks like it will end up perfectly normal. I can't thank him enough for his knowledge , skill and staff.
