Hours say open but once I arrived there was no one there. It wasn’t open. There isn’t a phone number to call ahead either.

Well I got there today October 2 at 11:30am and sat in my car waiting until 12:30 and the store was closed the whole time I didn't see anyone there

Walked in shortly before closing (I didn't realize they were closing) and was greeted by Jordan. He was super polite and informed me of the current sales. I didn't feel rushed and was allowed to browse. They have a great variety of men's and women's clothing for affordable prices. I will be coming back here to shop and possibly sell.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! As soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed by a popping center display shelf - highlighting Valentines Day. Nothing cheezy about this display. I was secondly welcomed by Jordan, owner and curator of all things NEW2YOU. He gave me a quick and super informative overview of the store highlighting both classic, vintage and LUX items. Super impressed. I walked out an hour later with a Vintage 90's Champion Bomber Jacket( my 24 year old daughter will love) a Classic Black Wool British inspired sleeved Cape with tail and wings, and a retro short sleeve meadow fern green wool sweater

I worked a similar store to this in Sacramento, and I used to love this place back in 2018 when I was in high school. I've come back here once since leaving town and it's beautiful interior gave me high hopes. I am a fan of sustainable shopping, our area doesn't have much of that. That being said, I feel with this new ownership, buyers need to be trained on what's trendy. The resale clothes are outdated, overpriced name brand clothing. Love shopping here. From the employees to the organization and presentation of the store and cleanliness of it, you can tell they value high quality service. They make it adamant to serve the needs of the customer. I’ve been able to have my family come in and sell things and now they’re regular customers as well. I’m always able to find things that fit perfectly to my body frame and it’s much appreciated as a lot of other stores won’t have both the quality and quantity of great high quality items. From the first time coming into the store I was instantly greeted by one of the employees who wasn't focused on making a sale but more focused on finding me what I needed. The employees here make it adamant to be attend to the needs of the customer rather than themselves. I've gotten help from the owner and from Tahja. They're both amazing and go above and beyond to serve the customer needs. I've gotten high quality beanies, and high quality t shirts and some of their clothing is even vegan. I was in extreme need of some fresh threads to wear to an upcoming event a friend of mine was holding! I stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon. Store was clean, vibe on point and staff extremely friendly and outgoing! Tahja was the one who assisted me in finding the perfect pair of Jordan's and an Illest Alive T-Shirt to stay in style with the latest trends! I was extremely satisfied when, I showed up to my friends event and was consistently complimented on my outfit and shoes! Tried calling during business hours, no answer. Emailed them, no reply. Left voicemail, nothingZ Will just be taking my business somewhere else since it's that hard to get ahold of someone.

Probably won't be shopping or selling my clothing here ever again. I could barely get a word out before the lady who answered the phone rushed me like she was automatic system. You might want to update your customer service I'll rather drive to Oakland and Berkeley versus this place any day.

Called this place to sell some shoes , and after I didn't agree to what she was offering me, and telling her what I needed to be at, she replied VERY RUDLEY , " saying oh no sell them yourself" what kind of professionalism is thIs?! Avoid this place at all costs!!

The clothes is great and trendy. I have two main issues with this store and I’ve heard others talk about it too. The price is crazy especially for a “thrift” and brand store. For 20 dollars you can get a shirt with flower printing. No offense but I can go to Ross and get a similar shirt for 7 dollars. Either you mark down the prices or you’ll start losing buyers really quick.
Second is I get followed around??? Yeah I went with my friends and family here before in many different visits. We kept being followed around and asked if were ok constantly. It’s rude and degrading. I’m not gonna

Right away, after going in, I was extremely pleased with the unique variety of items the store offered and how the store contained a variety of items from high-end brands to good deals. I automatically started pulling Items down to try on. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
The overall experience was both pleasant and efficient. I found what I was looking for in 20 minutes and wore it to a performance that night. Everybody complemented the outfit. I’m looking forward to returning as a customer again soon.

I am terrible at picking outfits for my girl that she'd like; however, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Within minutes I was greeted at the door and told them my situation. Jordan was nice enough to show me the variety the store had to offer. I noticed they had Nikes, Addidas, and jordan retro shoes too. I walked out with a nice outfit for my lady at a very reasonable price. My expectations for the store were far exceeded. They even have designer clothes at your request. I will definitely be doing more shopping here!! M

So happy I came into the new New2You this place is perfect. It’s clean and well organized especially for a consignment boutique. I guess they opened three months ago with new owners. This place is so unique they have new clothes and used clothing! I got a new shirt and some great used jeans for a very affordable price. I will be back all the time.

I just love a great clothing store!!!!!! I have discovered a hidden little gem in Brentwood. Living in Manhattan for part of my life, fashion is very important to me, and when I walked into the new "New 2 You" clothing store, I was in heaven! It's got a great selection of beautiful clothes,(both new and slightly used) for a very fair price!! The owner Fransena is wonderful, and Natasha, the awesome lady that works there, make your shopping experience fun!! They have only been there for a couple of months, but they are already doing big things!! Go check it out!!! I promise

You have to come shop in this newly updated store that makes you feel like shopping in a boutique environment! The new owner Fransena and her staff are attentive and helpful and they make your shopping experience fun. I brought my 16 year old son and 19 year old daughter and we all found great finds. My son, who doesn't really like shopping, enjoyed it and was very patient while us girls shopped, because of their photo area where you can post pics of your outfits. Staff is SO unfriendly, not helpful at all. I will take my clothes elsewhere, this business is not worth my time. The ladies working there did not help me in anyway and refused to help me. Never going back

They installed new flooring and changed the color scheme, transforming the entire space, it looks really good.

I love this place. It is my go to place for clothes. Everyone who works here is super sweet and friendly. I never leave without having purchased something. I always get such a great deal and they always have discounts. I can see that a lot of people on here have complaints about the purchase price and what they sell it for in exchange but I think that is ridiculous. They are a business and have to make money and really their prices are great. I mean, goodwill is more expensive and their stuff is donated and not nearly as good as new 2 you.
I recommend this place.

I would have given this place 5 starts except the other day I went to the store with my two daughters who wanted to sell some brand new 200 dollar shoes to "New 2 You" to see what they would offer them for the shoes. They only offered them 80 dollars which my daughter said was a rip off. And I told my daughter she didn't have to except the offer if she she didn't like it, but that it was their right to offer whatever they wanted to offer. But next the woman employee decides to go to far saying "well now I take my offer back I don't want to offer you anything" as if she trying to incite anger and

I'm from out of town and love Consignment stores so i googled myself to this store. It is so nice and easy to shop. The clothes are not overly stuffed on the racks so you can easily see each item. They had a fabulous buy 1 get another at 1/2 off sale which, of course, made me happy! And the brands are very good, also the sweet sales clerk said they only accept clean, good smelling clothes, which we all can appreciate . Thank you so much New2You.. I highly recommend this store!!!

Mostly everything is overpriced
They are also very picky with what they choose to buy from you
Don't waste your time trying to sell clothes to them because they will give you a couple bucks for something and turn around and sell it for 30$

I thought the selection and prices were decent. It is NOT geared towards children's clothing. Purchased several high quality items and a good price, mostly blouses and jeans for my teen daughter. Will definitely go again.
I noticed most of the bad reviews were people trying to sell items, so beware. As a long time thrifter I'd highly recommend this store.

I walked into New2You for the first time to sell some stuff to them. I love their very honest and informative approach to what they will and will not buy. As an experienced consignor with other stores I appreciated them taking the time to explain to me why some things were not going to work for them either due to season or due to condition. I also love that they outright buy or give you store credit. They do not do consignment They know what their customers will buy and that's okay!
