With over 30 years of experience in the RV industry, one of the things I treasured most, was the personal connections I, and my company, made with our customers and dealers. As an avid, long-time boater, I entertained the idea of entering the marine industry for years. From a distance, I could tell that the marine industry was ready for a shake-up and our customer-focused approach would do just that.

All epoxies are not created equal. Epoxy brands can vary widely in their formulations, quality of raw materials, and their suitability for marine environments. It's easy to market an off-the-shelf industrial epoxy product as a marine epoxy, or formulate an epoxy with one or two favorable characteristics while sacrificing other important characteristics.

My boat was damaged while in marina’s possession. Owner agreed to fix damage and pay for half the rub strip and install it since it was was also damaged. He put this in writing. He did have the fiberglass repaired but refused to pay for the rub strip insisting it was damaged before. I had pictures proving otherwise. After I showed him his own work order where he agreed to do it, he told me he didn’t care and invited me to take him to court. His share would have been $85.00. Instead, he lost a customer and I hope, many more. Don’t do business with this unscrupulous shop.

My husband stopped to arrange service on alternator. Was told it’s a week and 1/2 wait, service is backed up. No problem for us as we have dual batteries (alternator works intermittently)and can still use our boat. Asked if they could call us the night before we were due to be serviced as we live only one mile away.
We were informed that we have to bring the boat to the shop and leave it there in order to be in line for service.
It’s August at the lake, not inclined to leave my boat sitting at a shop for 2 weeks. I’m highly surprised a marine shop would expect this.

I called to buy a tube of caulk, which they had but I wasn't able to get there before they closed. Jim said he could drop it off to me on his way home, and he did.
Thank you for going above and beyond, I appreciate it very much. That is great customer service, not many people will do that, but Jim did.

What a team! We recently purchased a Harris pontoon from this dealer. Exceptional experience on the water almost compares to the exceptional experience we had with Pioneer. The buying process was absolutely stress-free. Never felt hard sold or pressured on anything. The sales person (Blaine) was terrific & knowledgeable about the watercraft; most importantly let the product speak for itself. Follow up since the purchase (2 months ago) has been superb. They dispatched a survey and followed up 24 hours later to address some small concerns we had. Further, they were amiable about submitting warranty

Great customer and parts service ive been there 3 times in past couple weeks. First time was for a new prop. He explained everything about the difference between them. Second 2 times my boat was overheating. He explained how the cooling system for my boat worked and what to do so I could get it back on the water. He seems very knowledgeable and honest. I will ruturn here for all my boating needs.

I had a mercury motor that was worked on under warranty at this place and the service was great. I am not unhappy with that. However when I recieved my boat my hummingbird helix 7 was no longer in it. I contacted pioneer and they advised they have a secured facility and nothing has ever been stolen from the boats. I’m not accusing pioneer or it’s employees of theft but wanted them to know it was taken from my boat while it was in their care. The service manager seemed to understand my complaint but the head manager Bill did not. Bill told me he could garuntee it was not taken while at his facility

Friendly, Fast, Service with a smile! I stopped in on a Sunday @ 11 am. to have my boat prepared for winter. They called me within 3 hours to let me know that it was ready to be picked up. I spoke with 3 employees while dropping off the boat, all of them were friendly and willing to assist. I even asked if the motor needed any additional service at 100 hours and they replied that it was not necessary. Most dealers would have attempted to sell you something that may or may not have been required to have performed. Great Job!
