Absolutely terrible and unprofessional experience. Sueann missed the deadline in submitting my taxes resulting in a significant penalty. This was compounded by the interest that accrued during the time that she would not return any phone calls, emails, or text messages. After reaching out a few days before the taxes were due, she assured me she would have them complete. This did not happen. Emails I sent to her and others in the office were never answered. When she finally answered much later, she said she would pay the penalty. This of course did NOT happen, and she has not returned any form
