The Max Broock Realtor we worked with promised us many things but did not deliver on any of them. Our house was occupied at the time we were selling and it was disturbing when we found that our house was either left unlocked after many of the showings or locked to the point we could not gain entry ourselves requiring that the realtor come to the property and let us in. We also found damage to our property and personal belongings that was caused by a service provider contracted by a potential client that was not disclosed to us and we were not reimbursed for the damage. Our complaints went unanswered

I worked with Avery Paintedosi who is a realtor out this the Max Broock Birmingham office. She worked wonders getting my property sold for me, and all of the complexities that come with a short sale. I live out of state which made things even more difficult, but Avery was ever helping and always sweet and professional. I can't explain what a tremendous job she did for me and the piece of mind she afforded me now that the property has been sold. She went above and beyond and I always felt like she cared about me and my situation. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a professional
