Services
Single and double-hung windows operate vertically, and are most-likely used in narrow openings. Single-hung were the norm for years, where the top portion is always fixed and the bottom is able to open, close, and tilt in to clean. Double-hung are a newer version of the vertical window, where both top and bottom sashes open, close, and tilt in to clean.
While we do not offer in-house financing, we can refer you to other options which are exactly the same as what we have offered in the past through Synchrony Financial, but easier to qualify for. You can personally apply online to avoid providing your private information to a 3rd party. These options are recommended by Nerdwallet.com.
Please note - We do not repair existing windows or doors. We replace entire windows with vinyl energy-efficient windows and sliding doors. We also replace entire doors/frames that have already been purchased, or can refer you to a specialty door dealer for custom orders and can install your purchase for you.

I recently had windows and sliding doors put in my house. Grace is wonderful, she was helpful and answered all my questions. She also called me daily as they were installing the windows to see how things were going. My windows are now air tight and they look great. I had two bay windows put in. The thing I noticed most was that I hardly hear any noise outside my house now. My windows were almost 60 years old and the noise woke me up at night but not anymore!
Since I had new sliders put in, they are heavier and harder to open but they are so much better than what I had before.

We first used Borderland windows in 2014. This customer service was the best. We used them again in 2019 on a new home and again, they did not disappoint. From ordering to installation to anything we needed after they were installed. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

Grace and the crew were great. Grace was super responsive and very helpful though the entire process. They did a full house replacement window job. We chose Grace, Sean and Borderland Windows for our home after looking at a couple other company's windows. They weren't the "cheapest", but were close. Her crew were on time, knowledgeable, and very thorough with the install. It took them a day and a half longer than planned, due to some unforeseen issues with the old windows, but they chose to do it right, instead of fast. We would recommend Borderland Windows to anyone who is looking for new windows for their home.
