Hello Simon, In following up on my personal email to you (sent Thursday 10/24), I wanted to respond to your concerns here as well. Window film does require a certain dry-out time, which I believe we clearly explained at the time of installation. Although we were still within the typical dry-out timeframe (which does not impact the effectiveness of the film) on October 21, we did offer to replace the current film, try a new film, or remove the film. Regina selected the last option, which we did at no charge. The beauty of window film is that is starts working

Terrible experience. We had their best quality film put on windows in our sun room. The film bubbled and we were repeatedly told the bubbles would disappear after 2 days, then a week, then a month , then 2 months. The film did not reduce heat in the room as they told us it would. They eventually removed the film (claiming it costs $300 to remove it) and refused any refund of the $850. The film looked bad and had no effect on the heat build-up from the sun, I would not recommend this to anybody. The owner was rude and consistently misleading. If you choose to do business with EGC anyway - get everything
