I was very excited when a friend had recommend me this place. When I went there I was greeted very nicely wanting to buy a tuxedo. I saw they were very unorganized and all over the place. After I had gotten fitted I got asked if I wanted to buy or rent I wanted to buy since i was gonna use it for another event. After that I filled my information out and payed my down payment they never told me anything about returning or any instruction. After a month of waiting I called them to see if the suit had came in. When it was picked up they had even forgotten if it had been payed off and they still did

I called to place an order and was told that my order would be delivered that day to my step mother and she never received it. I am beyond frustrated because if my order was not going to delivered that day I should have been notified, but instead I was told that there were a lot of orders ahead of mine but it would get sent out that day. The delivery was made the day AFTER I was told they would be delivered it’s frustrating because I should have notified of the delay and that the flowers would be delivered the following day and not the day of, thankfully the flowers came out really pretty just

Earlier this year, my husband sent me an arrangement from this place. Mind you, through the years, he’s given me flowers from different flower shops, online and market stores and they’ve always been decent/great. I was visiting family in MP and he decided to call this place. Afterward, he told me the person on the phone had been unnecessarily rude on the phone from the beginning. What got me was the excuse of an “arrangement” that I received (I even asked my husband if he had picked it or designed it himself). I can't begin to tell you how awesome Lisa and her staff is. I've been using Designs by Lisa for years. It didn't matter if I was living in Florida, Chicago, or New York, Lisa hads always been my go to florist for special occasions. Recently, We were looking to send my Mom something special for her retirement. I called from Dallas and spoke to Jordan. She was amazing! She was very patient with us. Had flowers delivered today, the idea of flowers and receiving flowers are wonderful but this has to be one of the worse arrangements I have ever seen knowing what I know my friend probably paid for them... and he told me they were supposed to have been delivered Saturday. These look like they have been lost a couple of days and the colors they put together are awful....now I normally would NOT write a negative review like this, but a grade schooler could have done better than this and with being paid for up front apparently it didn't bother y'all to send out something so bad. And this has nothing

Placed an order on their website for a pink floral arrangement; saw in the picture that there were non-pink flowers in it and so I noted in the special instructions to make it an entirely pink arrangement. After I clicked submit on the $150 order (after delivery and fees), I let a minute or two pass by before picking up the phone and calling to re-emphasize pink.
Feeling quite confident, time ticked by, I kept checking my phone to see if the delivery

Recently order flowers for my mom for Mother's day. She received a call close to when her office was closing asking if she could wait because they had flowers for her. When they arrived and she sent a picture of them to my sister and I they were not at all worth the price we paid. I realized it's mothers day so I gave them the benefit of a doubt. When I called the next day to resolve the issue, their customer service was very poor. My conversation ended with the owner being very rude. They didn't try to resolve the issue at all or apologize for the bad job. I would not recommend

I recently placed an order from Designs By Lisa for my mother. I live 11 hours away, and Designs By Lisa's talented staff took the ideas I had for my mother's arrangement, and created the most beautiful arrangement my mother had ever seen! The customer service is excellent, and the flowers stayed fresh and beautiful for over two weeks! I know when I order flowers from Designs By Lisa I am going to get excellent quality, excellent service, and great value for my money!
