If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I went in for a simple SNS dip powder mani and gel pedi. Pedi was so basic the girl didn't even massage at the end with lotion. No lotion what so ever. Or on my hands. Didn't even place cuticle oil. I had to ask! My hands were so dry at the end. I was very disappointed with the service. She didn't polish my nails correctly or file them even. The sides on tips of nails weren't polished. Cuticles weren't cut or cleaned. Leaving my cuticles dry and hands dry. She even cut me around 4 fingers with the drill. But the worst part of

If you go to Espres nails, request anyone there but Lynn. I have had Lynn on two separate occasions and had a terrible experience each time. I had to file my own nails because she was unable to file them in a straight across line. When she was done filing, there was always a severe angle to the nails. I got the dip nails the last time I was there and the overall quality with Lynn was poor. The cuticle line looked terrible, the nails were uneven in thickness and I again had to file my own nails to make them even. It's so poor quality that I will be going somewhere else to have my nails redone

I waited over an hour to get my nails done. The owner the whole time I was waiting kept asking to pick my color. When he finally called me for my service no one wanted to do them. They kept arguing with each… other. I finally just walked out because even with changing my plans for what I wanted done to my nails (they were unwilling or unable to do even simple design).

I have had some decent experiences at this shop but my most recent is reason for me to never go back. I was a walk-in wanting to get a pedicure and fill-in. Mid way through my pedicure the technician decides she doesn't feel comfortable doing my nails. She then left me sitting in the pedicure area for over 30 minutes while she began the pedicure of another client. Management's only resolve to this issue was for me to leave and come back at a later time. This was an extreme inconvenience and I will never patronize this business again after the way I was treated.

Melissa gives phenomenal pedicures and Kayla is a go to for lash lift and lash tint. The girls make the pampering even more enjoyable with their fun personalities and laid-back atmosphere!

Came in on a Monday around 3pm, and there were absolutely no customers. The lady told me to come back later because there were not enough people working to do my nails... which was a bad sign. I should have left right after that. I came back and they took me right away. I wanted a full set of acrylics and the woman doing my nails kept trying to push me over and over again to do the color dip powder nails (which was more expensive). I really didn't want to do that, and they did not have the color I wanted in the powder. I did the regular polish. The whole time she was doing my nails she kept

I got the dip powder and within 3 days my nails were cracked. I went in asking why this happened because I’ve never had it happen previously, I was told that my nails were cracking because I was “active” with them. I was recommended by a friend to come here, and I won’t be back. Telling someone their nails are ruined because they are active with them is not an accurate response especially when I was charged over $55 to get them done which is almost double what other salons charge.

Kayla is wonderful! My nails lasted over a month which is unheard of for me. She takes her time and makes sure i am happy with everything before proceeding. The salon is super clean and cute. I definitely recommend!

This nail salon is awful. Don't waste your money. The owner is pushy and makes you feel uncomfortable. He is very bossy with his employees right in front of you. The employees also mocked him in front of us! My pedicure was awful, I have dead skin all on my feet. The only thing that turned out good was my acrylics, the lady was very sweet, said she's been doing nails for 16 years. My mom and sisters feet look terrible. My toenails are uneven and they didn't care to scrub your feet at all!!! They also don't use liners in their bowls for pedicures which is sickening!! The employees

Had an awful experience here. My mom was in town and I am new to the area so we wanted to get a manicure and pedicure. Worst experience ever. They did not use liners on their pedicure bowls. I had asked for gel on my toes but she did not do gel on my toes, when I told her she didn't seem to care. My mom had asked her to fix a jagged edge on her toe nail when she was done and she said she did but it did not look any better. I asked for a gel manicure and within 5 days the polish was peeling off. The edges of the polish were not straight and some was even on my skin. All of these subpar services

The ratings for Espress Nail in Strongsville are low for a reason.... It is a terrible place.... do not waste your money here!!!

I planned a hot stone pedi for my daughter as a gift for a special celebration.

The girl "Vi"(?) Was clearly in a rush to leave. I arrived before my daughter and she asked several times if my daughter was on the way. There was one other girl doing a pedicure on a different customer. Other than that, the place was empty.

While waiting I asked a few questions about services and she answered in very fast responses with no conversational quality. I informed

Being new to the area of Strongsville, I went to the spa this morning (Saturday August 4th 2018) to enquire about their foot spa prices. I was greeted by a man who was the rudest most vile piece of filth I have ever met in my 43 years on the planet. Having travelled the world and met most cultures, I appreciate that the above is a bold statement, but it's absolutely accurate! I got shoddy treatment from espres nails last fall. I asked for my nails to be done in RED and blue (I am a HUGE Indians fan). The girl painting them was using a red-brown color. I complained to her and she ignored me. I asked another employee there if she thought the color looked red and she said yes and that it was just the lighting in there.

They finished the shellac and I went outside to check the color. It was BURGUNDY and blue. I went back inside and complained. The owner told me, "What do you want me to do? You shouldn't have let them paint that color if you didn't like

I got a full set of French tip acrylic nails and a pedicure. It was done for a cruise. A month later they still look good. No chips, cracks, breaks, etc. She made them all the right size, shape, thickness, and length. I went back for a fill and took my daughter for a full set and pedicure too. The ladies do great work and Frank has a funny sense of humor, lol!

Would not go back. Last time I got a mani shellac that chipped in the same week. I gave this place a try this week for a regular pedi with my friend. She wanted to go. They didn't even scrub the bottoms of our feet for more than 20 seconds. I'm not kidding. No callous remover. Even then, use the scrub sponge for at least a couple min. I just feel like I wasted $40. They both seemed in a hurry. No other clients were there. And when my tech was done she began face timing. Felt rushed. I'm shocked this place is still open. Also the pedi chairs need cleaning. Like the actual chairs

I'm from Florida and was in town visiting family. My female relative and I decided to go to this salon the night before I was to fly back home.
I explained what I wanted at least three times to the nail technician, Melissa. She nodded as if she understood. To make a long story short, she screwed it up. Instead of apologizing after I told her I did not like it "at all".
Instead of rectifying the situation or automatically apologizing, she defensively said "You did not say you wanted it that way."
My relative overheard the conversation and she knew what I had requested

I've gone to this salon several times because it's convenient and the stylists are generally quite pleasant and competent. But recently, I have been turned off by the owner/manager.

He used to be customer focused. Would thank me for my business and offer me coffee/water. Not the last several times. Instead of any of that, I was told last month that I could no longer charge the tip, only the manicure. He didn't want to pay the 3% merchants fee for that - really???
