TOP WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!
Employees always missing money of paychecks, they steal every 3rd man, that we supposed get paid when we make a heavy delivery, people work for that, that’s why we do not pay for damages in customers homes or whatever else we destroy, because they supposed pay it with the money they steal from us all. Plus people don’t even get paid for damages. They just keep the money!! I wouldn’t recommend this company what so ever.!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! Read the reviews. We purchased an appliance from Best Buy and they were the third party company that was supposed to deliver and install. Our appointment time came and went with no call, no show and not an update ever. They do not answer their phone or voicemails. Best Buy wasnt even able to get ahold of them for DAYS to cancel our order. The other reviews on here state they steal out of homes, damage property, damage cars and furniture and do not take ownership for their mistakes.

Horrible customer service. Worst delivery service ever. They lie in order to get off work early on Friday, which is what they just did to us.
They told us 1-3 delivery time frame, and then that morning changed it to 3-5. No problem, we adjusted our day. At 11 am they called and said they are close by. I was 2 hours away since they told us 3-5. They said they okay would be there between 3-5. Then they claimed there was snow in the driveway and they could deliver. Meanwhile we had the driveway completely cleared by 2:30 in time for the correct delivery window. We sat around waiting for them. They

I concur with the review below - this company is TERRIBLE in Georgia. Delivery men left the old appliance outside my home. They were supposed to haul it away. When I called FGO - they told me that it was left because it was infested with insects??? The real reason they left it was because the delivery men were lazy.

FGO contracted a team to deliver a couch I'd purchased at Rooms To Go on 11/23. They did so but, while leaving, hit my mailbox with the truck's mirror, knocking it over, and drove off without telling me. Luckily, the neighbor had doorbell cam footage.
A police report, an R2G claim, and three phone calls later, and I received email correspondence from FGO on 12/14 requesting a statement and photos, with the promise of resolution within 3-5 business days.
It's now two weeks later, a month and a week since the incident, and FGO is ghosting me: the woman to whom I emailed my statement and photos

This delivery company is horrible they are not reliable, liars & very rude. i purchased a refrigerator from best buy this company was suppose to deliver on saturday between 7-1pm the driver said they could not find my address, i calls the driver and he hangs the phone up on me when i am him giving the directions to my address, spoke to his manager jose perez who goggle and seen my address for himself clear as day and promised me my delivery the next day sunday between the hours 12-2 know one called or came on sunday. i called jose (manager) he does not pick up. this company is the worse please

They were to install a new refrigerator, bought from AJ Madison, but neither of the two guys had any idea what that involved! After plugging it in, they didn’t even know how to turn it on. Adding insult to injury, while i was sweeping and wiping the floor in preparation for the new fridge—one of the guys rifled through my purse, which was closed but on a nearby chair, found my wallet, took out all the cash and returned the wallet to the wrong compartment in my purse. When i went to tip them—for the delivery, at least—I was shocked to see i’d been cleaned out! Just cash, nothing else

It took 3 awful times to get my delivery. First time, they scheduled but didn't have the product. 2nd time, delivery guy didn't want to do it so he whined, made up lies and left without saying anything. 3rd was a real charm too, okay not really. Guys delivered, took my french door off the hinges, left new appliances without leveling them, said- I'll be right back and got in their truck & left. I called them and the driver said, we're already 15 minutes down the road to which, I replied, but you haven't finished the job. He proceeded to hang up on me!

I am extremely appalled with the level of service received from FGO Logistics. FGO delivered a sofa from Rooms to Go and damaged property within my home. This event occurred in July 2020 and I have been trying to get this damage paid since July. No one from FGO Logistics has been helpful. Initially, I was talking to Theresa Coley to resolve my damage claim but she has been very unprofessional. Initially, she said the claim would be processed for $200 then she made herself unavailable and refused to return my phone calls and emails. Similar experiences to others. Flooding due to a faulty installation of a washing machine bought from Best Buy.
Will never buy from Best Buy again since they subcontract out to incompetent vendors.
No one will take responsibility, fix the washer, or respond to the claim issued.

I would have rated ZERO stars but I had to pick something. Our issues started with FGO Logistics on October 10th 2019. We purchased furniture from Ashley Furniture and FGO is their delivery company.
The furniture was delivered on 10/10 and the delivery men broke our floor lamp (we purchased this several years ago for $300).
I phoned Ashley Furniture and they gave me the phone number for FGO and said that they have to take care of reimbursing me for the lamp.
Needless to say, after countless phone calls and sending numerous emails my lamp has NOT been replaced. The best advise I can give you

Would give no stars if I could. In June of this year, the company delivered a stove purchase. In the process, they damaged our refrigerator. Note that this refrigerator was less than 1 year old at the time. The driver took pictures of the damage. Sent them to his supervisor (well, he SAID he sent to his supervisor). I called a week later for follow up to get a resolution. Here it is.... end of October and still nothing but transferred to this person, that person, company reorg, "he doesn't work here anymore", "I'll get back to you this week" and lie after lie

This company is terrible! Best Buy used them to deliver and install a new washing machine; however, FGO just left the drain hose on the floor (and not into the drain) so it flooded our condo and the unit below us. I submitted all of the requested paperwork for repairs but have been getting the run around now for 2 months. This company has the worst customer service and takes zero responsibility for their actions.

Worst company and/or moving service I have ever used. They not only delivered my furniture late and have zero communication skills they also broken all my furniture and then disappeared refusing to put in an insurance claim for the broken items. Their very young and inexperienced delivery guys asked me not to file an insurance claim because then it would get taken out of their pay. Don't ever ever ever use them!

I was charged a fee to have my existing fridge removed. When FGO's delivery people arrived, they insisted on taking away all of the accompanying shelves, which I had removed for my own needs. Obviously, this is a scam so they can reburbish and then re-sell my existing fridge.....and yet I had to pay for the privilege of this rip-off.
