I would suggest those in need to consider the help of Halley-Olsen-Murphy Funeral Home for the loss of their loved ones needs. I was blessed from the beginning of my first call and there still has been no ending to the compassion and love they have given me. I lossed my Son at the early age of 30. A young man by the name of Joey was the angel who helped me threw the hardest time of my life. He was filled with patiences, kindness, compassion and guidance making the decisions I needed to make for my son. Sorry to say that I had to give it one star review to be able to write a review. March 1 we went in and made arrangements for my mom's funeral/memorial which was set for march 12 2016. Which is today. Everything sounds wonderful when you go there and make the arrangement, they tell you how nice they can make it for you and what package you fall under. My mom was to be cremated. Her urn was going to be in the middle with flowers around. They forgot to cremate my mom. We had a memorial with an empty urn. Then the picture video malfunction so thank goodness we had a computer on hand to do the photos

John is insincere and blew my husband and mother in law off multiple times. If it wasn't for being ignored all day yesterday and this morning still, I wouldn't be writing this.
We also told him that it was a sudden death and due to that and the loss of income from coronavirus, we are having extreme money issues and he assured us, multiple times, the lowest package price was $1235. We asked if there was any reason it would be higher, he assured us not. We left paying almost $300 more than that.
If you can, try going somewhere else. They're obviously nothing but a business and are just there to

Absolutely amazing! Veronica and Mark are remarkable individuals. They both went out of their way to make my experience with Halley Olsen exceptional. I just lost my father (my best friend) and all I can say is that this is one of the hardest and most difficult times in my life. My heart is broken into a million pieces. But, when I went to meet with Veronica she was simply amazing. She made everything so easy and it was just a relief. Then Mark calls and another amazing person that did everything for me. From the very first time I spoke with Joey Alvarez he was compassionate, responsive, and very professional. If there was ever a problem or misunderstanding along the way, Joey fixed it! He truly understood the difficulties that arise during this painful and confusing time. I am very pleased with the beautiful facility, other staff that greeted us, the prompt service Joey gave us, and the pricing. My mom was in good hands! I appreciate Joey dearly!

Iniatlly, it appeared this was a great company. Linda Blanco answered all our questions and returned our phone calls. Then, the funeral service was over and the headache began. For nearly 3 weeks we tried to reach Linda regarding our loved ones death certificate, ashes, and locks of hair. Unfortunately, we have yet been able to reach Linda. It appears after they receive there money for the service, they do not want to be reached.

I’m so grateful to Linda who helped me through the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. My father passed away suddenly and I was completely lost and Linda was so incredibly kind. She was so patient and showed me so much compassion. During this pandemic these kind funeral arrangers are working long hours and you can see that they’re emotionally and physically exhausted. I could never do their job and I am so grateful for all the kind and compassionate employees that helped me at Halley Olsen. Linda, I will forever remember the kindness, and patience you showed me. Laying my stepdad to rest must’ve been one of the hardest things we have gone through in life. Planning arrangements during the height of the pandemic this summer was beyond difficult, so to have people who genuinely cared about your family, and who were there for you every step of the way is beyond special.
