Although they couldn't remove all of the paint and stains on my concrete, I really appreciated them taking the time to explain why the stains wouldn't come out. They did a great job powerwashing the concrete in an attempt to get out done ugly stains left by the previous owners. Their communication was excellent and their prices can't be beat.

I called Johnny to schedule an exterior pressure wash for my home. I explained to Johnny that the my HOA had sent me a notice REQUIRING this service to be completed within a certain time frame. Johnny came to my home within 24 hours. He explained to me what service was needed and NOT needed to fulfill my HOA's service request. I found that Johnny was honest and had extremely reasonable prices. After my home was pressure washed, I sent pictures to the HOA Mgr. My property was immediately cleared and I was officially off the HOA radar.. I would DEFINITELY recommend JM Pressure Washer Services

We needed to clean our concrete patio and yard side wall both of which had mildew, moss, accumulated dirt etc. I called Johnny and he was able to rearrange his schedule to come same day as we needed it completed before the weekend. He was very friendly, professional and punctual. We got a couple quotes and his pricing was fair. The patio definitely looks cleaner/lighter in color and the side wall stains are gone! I would definitely hire them again.

I called and was able to get an appointment for gutter cleaning before the upcoming rain. They showed up on time, were very nice and cleaned up afterwards. It made a HUGE improvement after it rained and I was shocked how much junk there was in my gutters of a relatively new house with no trees directly above us. I will definitely recommend them to others!

I created a home project by accident when I decided to use my pressure washer to clean off my painted patio. As you can imagine, it peeled the paint. The issue was that my pressure washer wasn't strong enough to actually complete the job in a reasonable amount of time. So 5 hours and $$$ later, I gave up and began looking for someone who could do it. Out of all the companies I contacted, JM Pressure Washers, was the most responsive. Though their quote was in the middle of several quotes I got, I chose them because of their friendliness. Bottom line, the job got done in a reasonable amount of time

Great job cleaning out my gutters!!! Even called me out to watch all the mud come shooting out! Lol Very nice and even pointed out some loose roof tiles that needed to be fixed. Liked that he didn't push for more cleaning, but instead told me since I didnt have any trees nearby that I probably just needed them cleaned every other year and offered a return discount. I will definitely call him in 2 yrs !

I gave them a call because we had a plastic fence with graffiti on it. As anyone knows, spray paint is very hard to remove. They were on the job site the next day and working hard at it. They did a great job and would use them again for paint or if I just need some good cleaning.

He was here ontime a major plus. He didnot waste one minute, explained what I wanted done he got to work. Plus a big plus there was so much leaves and ash on my roof he couldn't blow it with the blower so he used a rake and bagged over 150 pounds of leaves an awesome job. Never let up he did a fantastic job. I would recommend this company to friends and family that's how much I was satisfied.

Since I moved in, I recognized that the outside stucco walls were neglected. There were dirty spots here and there all over the place.

Johnny was nothing short of amazing. He went above and beyond to help me with my project. He was able to do what no ones been able to do yet in our driveway. The discussion with the manager was very prompt and the crew member turned up a little earlier than the booking time and did a good job of gutter cleaning. We have been here for slightly more than 2 years and hadn’t got the gutters cleaned. We also got a patch of discoloration on the walls pressure washed and it looks very clean now.
