If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. Took my boat over seeking assistance for a problem I was having. Not only did the boat sit there for 4 weeks (I understand there were other boats ahead of me) before it was “fixed,” but during that time, I was made to feel ridiculed as a customer making a suggestion on what I wanted them to look at in terms of potential problems. They would not listen to me when I shared with him that the part they were wanting to replace had just been replaced less than a month prior. Instead, they charged me over $1600 and the problem was not resolved. I wound up

I spoke with Pat the owner and he was extremely helpful and friendly. Also talked with the mechanic briefly. If you need service or repairs on your boat this is the place to take it in Peoria.

To all Loopers needing repairs in the Peoria area: Recommend staying clear of National Marine Sales!
We were on the Loop. Hit a log. After being hauled out, they pulled the starboard prop, shaft, dripless and strut bearings. We had extra props on board to switch out, but they ordered a new shaft. (A surveyor put a gauge on the old shaft later to measure how bent it was ... found out nothing was wrong with the shaft!😡) They put in the new shaft, replaced the strut bearings, but used the old dripless bearing. Three weeks of hotel and rental car later, we’re back underway. Eight hours down river

Ordered over $400.00 in parts on a Saturday AM .Parts man promised me parts on Monday or Tuesday. On that Tuesday i called just before 10 am parts man said UPS has not gotten there and he would call me back.. I said okay. At 12:45 pm i called him back...in which he said he had no parts. I asked why not...his response was" Don't have an answer" I asked him why he lied to me on getting my parts...then he hung up...i quickly called him back..and told him to Cancel The Order...I had an engine to completely rebuild and he jacked me around terrible...Would NOT suggest using National Marine for parts

Excellent staff. Some of the friendliest and knowledgeable people around. Helped me get parts for my boat trailer. Repair an older boat and offered all kinds of advice. Taught me about navigational aides on the river and their meanings. Always willing to help when launching boat and putting back on trailer when done. Great prices on everything. Do yourself a favor and shop here and launch here.

I bought my last 2 boats from National Marine. Sales and service was very helpful maintaining and storing my boats for the last 7 years. The bathrooms and showers are always cleaned and stocked. I don't know of any other marina that offers complimentary ice to club members. My wife and I have been very pleased with National Marine and we will continue to use their services in the future.

WHAT A JOKE! STAY AWAY FROM NATIONAL MARINE! I received my bill from the service department and couldn't believe the amount that they charged me for labor (the amount of time it took to fix simple items).
I contacted multiple marines and service shops around the Peoria/Fulton county area describing what I would want them to look at and fix, also accounting for troubleshooting and how long it takes to look up parts. For the maximum amount of labor that it would take for each marine contacted, each one said it would take about HALF the time it took national marines total time spent on labor. After

Top notch people. Bought our houseboat in Peoria and rented a slip at Seaway Marina (owned by National) for a season. Enjoyed the entire summer and Pat, Jim and George treated us well. Rookie houseboater here and they could have taken advantage of me but didn't. They stood behind their work. Great service. Highly recommended.

Stay away from National Marine Sales, this is a terrible company. They sold a boat for me more than 18 months ago and still haven't given me the money. The buyer also had a terrible experience with these guys, gave them the money, got the title months later. They haven't responded to a BBB complaint and now I have to go through the hassle to take them to small claims court. With their bad business practice, I highly recommend that you stay away from National Marine Sales, they are crooks.
