This place went downhill. I've been coming here for the past 5 years or so. I pay for the "Royal" wash which is $35.99 and is the most expensive wash you can purchase from this location. Sometimes they miss a spot or two and it's never bothered me. This is unacceptable. This is the "washed" car I just drove away with for $35.99 + $10.00 tip. I wish I had noticed how bad it was before driving away but I was in a rush to get somewhere. Take your money elsewhere.

My car was still so dirty on the inside that I seriously considered walking up to the guy and telling him give me back my tip you don't deserve it! Lord knows I would never do that...but for crying out loud. I will never give this place my business again! Plus it wouldn't hurt to sweep up the waiting area.

This is my second time coming to this business and the second time they rejected service, I ask for a hand wash because I have big tires and it won't fit in the track they have, but every time I go they said there too busy to do it and that they don't wanna do it, I spoke to the manager and her answer was to go on a Thursday if I wanted to, if you are going to be too busy you guys should remove the signs and put them back when you have time to do so, if you have a big truck or big wheel don't come here they won't do it

Worst car wash ever. I was told my car didn’t fit through the tunnel so I paid $40 for a hand wash. Turns out, it was just a simple car wash. Something I could’ve done for free or cheaper at any other place. There was no tire cleaning, no Interior cleaning. Just a water hose and a rag. To top it all off, water marks were left all over the car. Never going back again!

These guys are awesome. They’ve done a great job with my car and never had a problem. People don’t give much credit, but come on, these guys work under hot days and try their best. No everyone is perfect. The receptionist though is not as welcoming and forgets to give you the air refreshners which are behind her. She does need a little more social skills and be more welcoming to customers, but that’s just my opinion.

I haven't lived here that long snd needed to find a car wash. From the time I got out of my car to be vacuumed to the time it came out of the washer was 45 minutes. There were only three cars in front of me. I went inside to pay, the cashier, she pretty much ignored me as I was standing there waiting to pay. They are blasting music instead of putting something on the TV to watch. The guy cleaning my car was slow but I guess he did an average job. The worst part about it all is the ridiculously high prices. At my old car wash it was half the price and they did an amazing job. Sorry to say

It’s okay, probably won’t be coming back here again. Most likely will stick to mobile detailing. They did a good job on washing the exterior of my car. However, they did not take their time vacuuming and removing grease and grime from the interior of my car. I still had dirt on the passenger seat and dog fur was still left in the backseats. For $45, I expected a better job. I still tipped though, times are tough.

Came here for the first time on Saturday afternoon. The place was busy but not overcrowded. From start to finish we were probably there about 1/2 hour. The employees did an excellent job on the hand wash and on the final drying and window cleaning. I was very happy with the results. It cost $18.99 for the car wash plus $3.00 because I have a van and then $0.75 because I used a debit card to pay. They also have a discount card that you can use after getting 10 (I think) washes. I will definitely be back.

I cannot believe I wasn't informed that they'd use Armor-All all over the inside of my car. I asked for my seats to be cleaned (leather, of course), they asked "conditioned". Naturally I said yes. I get in my car, try to drive around this horrible place called Palmdale the sun hitting my shiny dash blinding me. I'm swerving everywhere. Meanwhile, I'm holding on to my steering wheel for dear life because of this armor-all making my seat slippery but now my hands are slippery too. It now looks like a cheap used dated BMW with a salvaged title sitting on a corner
