His professional experience spans 35 years and includes work on a broad range of projects including custom homes, residential and commercial alterations and additions, multi-family rehabs, new multi-family, retail, office, and industrial.
Past clients have included private owners, builders / contractors, local business owners, developers, religious organizations, housing authorities, and nonprofit agencies. When you first meet with your Architect it is helpful to gather whatever information you feel necessary to express your ideas about the project, i.e. written descriptions, online ideas, books, magazine clippings, photographs, material samples, budgetary info, etc. The Architect will use this information to inform the project moving forward.
The architect's services are a wise investment for the money, not an added cost to your project. Why? Because a well-conceived project can be built more efficiently and economically. Because seeking competitive bids with the architect's drawings will ultimately save you money. Because one design idea may save thousands.
