When someone hit the bumper of my brand new car I was so nervous that nobody could make it look the same again. I am so thankful for Ted's Auto Repair for making my Jeep look just as brand new as I bought it! Very happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back. We had to bring in my car because we got rear ended and we did not know any mechanics or shops in the Chicago area and my wife found Ted's auto body and saw that it had good reviews. The reviews were true! Tony and Larry were very helpful throughout the process on how to talk to the other insurance to make sure they don't try to take advantage of us because our car wasn't even 1 month old. within 4 weeks of purchasing a brand new car we got rear ended :(

A+ customer service from the moment I brought my car in to when I drove it off the lot looking brand new. Tony was honest, explained what needed to be done to the car and WHY it needed to be done, and then was on time, and even stayed late on the night I picked the car up. Ted’s Auto Body is amazing. Not only do they do fantastic work (you’d never know I was hit by an ATT work van) but they are the kindest people too! I went in looking for guidance on how the corporate insurance world worked and they educated me and made me a more informed customer. If I ever need car body work again this is my go to shop and will be sure to recommend them to everyone I know. My car looks like the day I drove it off the lot 6 years ago.

I went here to get an estimate on my car door as well as had work done on same door. Both experiences were fantastic. I’m by no means a car person but ted’s did a great job of making me feel welcome and explaining to me exactly what needed to be done in a way I could understand it. I chose them to do the work not only because the price was right but he cause I felt taken care of and trusted them with my car. There service was quick but not rushed and my car looks as good as it did driving off the lot the first time I got it! Special thank you to Teds I will be recommending you to all my friends

These guys are pros every step of the way. Brought in my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee for some minor work. They refuse to cut corners and will do the job right. Got my vehicle back looking great. Excellent work all around. Anthony was a pleasure to deal with. Second vehicle I have had worked on here and both times highly satisfied. Would not hesitate to send friends and family here. We had some minor body damage we wanted repaired on our Hyundai Sonata and a friend referred us to Ted's. We were given a quote within 10 minutes of driving in and Larry explained how the job would be completed. An employee gave us a ride home and picked up when the car was finished. The quality of work was excellent, looks brand new. The very pleasant surprise was how clean the interior was, especially the front and rear windows; they haven't been that clean since we bought the car. A great experience! Chicago area.

Nobody ever wants to be in an accident and have to get their vehicle repaired. As luck would have it, in less than 6 months we had to visit them twice, once for each of our vehicles. Both times the work performed was quick, yet professionally done. They also have a relationship with Enterprise Rent-A-Car down the street, if you need a rental.
What really shocked me was the lifetime warranty. I can't say I've ever been to a repair shop that offered the same.

Liberty Mutual sent me to this auto shop after an accident with my Kia. The repairs were done without a problem. Months after, my car was making noises. I took it to the dealership who was very eager to pass the issue on to repair shop once they noticed my car had been in an accident. No surprise there. I arranged to meet with Larry at Ted's. Nice shop and friendly guys. My Audi was finished in 4 days, great turn around - less time to spend in a loaner (I don't care how nice - I do NOT enjoy loaners).
My car came out pre accident condition, couldn't even tell it has been in the shop.
Kudos to Teds. Ill be back (not by choice - ppl like hitting my car for fun) I wonder if they have a punch card?! LOL
