I think its an amazing place to work and grow. Management offers all the opportunity to develop personally and professionally. If you are working hard, you don't need to worry about hike and promotion, your hard work will always recognized.
Along with work, it also offers lot of extra curricular activities and events for employees. Almost every month we have some or other event for employees refreshment, which is an amazing thing. This wont allow to get bore and maintains excitement every month.
