Ronnie and Jordan replaced and added ne gutters to our three-story home (and repaired areas with rotted wood) in an afternoon-- with expertise and efficiency. Every aspect of the job was done well-- great cleanup, willingness to explain everything they had done, with courtesy. Coudn't have asked ofr a better team or job.

After waiting 6 months for my windows, was told 4 of the 11 were ordered wrong. 7 were installed, still waiting on the other 4. What really is of concern is that when you talk to someone in the office, it is like no one has answers to your questions. I ordered doors from them and decided to cancel because of this. I have been calling and leaving messages for over a week trying to get a 3000 refund. One person I spoke with said they absolutely would be calling me back within 24 hours with some information.......you know how that ended. It concerns me how poorly managed this company is giving the

I purchased my walk in shower through Southern Siding and Window. When I met with the sales reps, Daniel Cooper and Bill, they were very professional. We worked through what I wanted and they made sure everything was available and perfect. They were so patient because even though I thought I knew what I wanted I did change my mind half way through. They wanted to make sure my dream shower was just as I wanted it. They also explained all the financing to me so I would understand everything I was agreeing to.

Rachel was our representative and was fantastic to work with. We got new windows, gutters, and gutter guards. Price was reasonable and installers were very good. We were replacing windows original to an old house, so it was a hard job. "Pop", as they call him, was hard working and did a great job. We are pleased with the entire process. Highly recommend.

Southern siding put gutters all around our house and we couldn’t be happier. Greg Rhame was our salesman and he was so helpful, professional and gave me suggestions of where the best place to run the downspout. The installers were so efficient and actually communicated what they were doing and why. Overall great experience.

Windows were installed with ease, the installers where very professional and polite. They did a great job. Great Customer service. Southern Siding has called several times after the installation to ensure all windows are working properly. They encourage us to call if there is any problem. We had 19 windows installed. The salesman that sold us the windows came by on the day of installation! I can't say enough about this company. We thought we had a crack in one window, they sent someone out to look at and he said we will order a new one to be on the safe side. Less than 4 days later there were 2
