In such a short amount of time, so many aspects of your normal life have changed. Are you finding it hard to balance everything? You are not alone. You need help navigating these changes and a space to check in with yourself. I am working with clients to figure out creative solutions for self care, coping strategies, and ways to balance work, childcare, and other challenges.

I'm Dr. Amy Schullery and I am a licensed clinical psychologist who helps adolescents and adults achieve better control over anxiety and stress in their lives. I've been in practice for over 12 years and I've worked with many students, young adults, parents, and professionals struggling with feeling overwhelmed by the stresses of growing up, work, parenting, family demands, marriage, and other obstacles in life.
Include a short message if you want about what you need, if you have insurance you plan to use, and what your availability is for an appointment time. I look forward to seeing if I can help. Directions: My office is located at 26 Regency Plaza in Glen Mills, PA 19342. My office is on the 2nd floor.
Stress and anxiety can drain our physical and psychological resources, leaving us feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. I work with people feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about the future, and trying to better balance school, work, and family life. We work together to build tools for stress, anxiety, managing worries, tension, and self-care.
Counseling for teens 14+, college students, and early career/young adults in Glen Mills, PA. Since the start of the pandemic, I've been helping students adjust to the challenges of distance learning and all of the changes they are facing. Now students are faced with readjustment back to college campuses and in-person learning.
I work with women struggling with anxiety during pregnancy as well as postpartum depression and anxiety. Women want to have a positive, happy experience during pregnancy and their postpartum time with their baby. When depression or anxiety appears, it can instead make this experience overwhelming, scary, and disappointing.
